Found our new mechanic

Recently visited Christian Brothers Automotive for some very simple routine maintenace on one of my fleet vehicles. As I walked in, thought I had made a mistake and walked into an office building. The waiting area was so clean and inviting - the staff greated me the moment I walked in. They listened to my needs and met them beyond expectation. I am sure to bring my service fleet to them, as well as my personal vehicles. On a side note, I asked for a quote to have some work done on one of my personal vehicles. It was considerably cheaper then the mechanic I have used for the past few years. I have no doubt the work will be performed there and to the highest standards.

I never knew how stressful planning a wedding could possibly be! Actually, to be honest, I personally didn't do much of the planning at all. I give all the credit to my beautiful bride! Anyway, we were scheduled to be married at The Vecoma on the Sunday after the flood of 2009. The venue should have been renamed "The Vecoma Under the Yellow River". I couldn't believe how much water flooded the grounds - we just knew there would be no way for my wife to have the wedding of her dreams outside. On Saturday, the day of the rehearsal, we were really both let down by the fact we would have to be married inside on what was expected to be a beautiful fall day. When we initially arrived on Sunday, the wonderful staff talked to us about possibly doing the wedding on the front lawn of the venue - then retreating back inside for the reception. We briefly talked about it - and within an 20 minutes time they had the place beautifully decorated and set-up. It could not have been better even in the back! They could have just said "too bad" and had us do it inside. They went well above and beyond! Thank you to the staff for making this special day happen the way it did. I had a very happy wife by the nights end. Food was incredible - Caroline, the house photographer, was phenomenal, never stopping the entire night taking photographs of everything and everyone! She definitely cared about her work and the final outcome - house DJ Kirk rocked! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Simply Incredible!

I called Pop-a-lock out to our business. Initially we thought keys were lost for just one of our service vehicles. As he was finishing up, we discovered we couldn't find the keys to another one of our service vehicles. It being a Friday night, I was expecting a bunch of huffing and puffing when I went out to the locksmith, Dave, and explained the situation. With a smile Dave said he would get to it as soon as he finished up with vehicle one. They were out within 1 hour of my call. Being in the customer service industry and providing top notch customer service to my valuable customers, I will have no reservation posting Pop-a-lock within my recommended businesses here on kudzu.com.

Mmmmmmm. . . .

Well - being a guy who loves to eat cake I can tell you Melonie knows how to bake 'em! My wife and I had her bake our wedding cake (more like a work of art) and groomsman cake on incredibly short notice. They were wonderful! I'll hopefully be going back to the gym soon after I finish all the left-overs.

New Puppy. . .(need I say more)

Mike was great. I called on Saturday late afternoon (got a human) and was able to make an appointment for today (Monday). Mike showed up on time, evaluated the trouble spots, provided a written estimate and went right to work. After he left he told me the carpets would be dry in about 2 hours. I was skepticle of this. Most carpet cleaning outfits I have used have made this claim. I left for a lunch and to pick my son up from school, arrived back at home and the carpets were completely dry. Thanks again Kings!

As a heating and a/c contractor, I knew my insulation was not up to par in my home (as most homes I see daily). I have visited homes that had previously been serviced by Home Energy and read countless 5 star reviews by their customers. I decided to give them a try in my home. I was out of town doing some work for family. In the process of removing an old oil furnace, we had a massive soot spill on the carpet. Called express cleaners - they were out in less then 24 hours and took care of it professionally! Thanks again to Ryan!

What service! I called early evening because my garage door was holding us hostage. . .couldnt get the car out. Jhon was over in about an hour, got the door functional, and promptly finished the repairs after ordering new parts. You wouldnt think there was a lot going on with a garage door. . .he was very knowlegable, breaking down what repairs were needed and why. Obviously a small buisness that cares about the customer.

Excellent Care!

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the staff over at Mercy. I had an emergency with my dog Ginger (aka dumdum). i called over to mercy close to their closing time. They were able to treat my dog for her injuries (getting tangled under the lawn mower) as soon as we got there - and couldnt have been any kinder. Thanks again to everyone that helped out! I highley reccomend Mercy Animal Hospital!!
