Norman did a great job! No more stains or odors!

After another company told me that they could not get the pet stains out without their "special" enzymes that would add an addtional 100 dollars onto my bill, I called 1 year warranty and Norman came and cleaned my carpets perfectly. All the stains are gone and he did a great job with removing the pet odor. My five dogs and I greatly appreciate his professionalism too. Price is great too. Thanks Norman!
