Another sad disappointment/A POSTSCRIPT

AFTER READING MY REVIEW BELOW, A REPRESENTATIVE (THE DIRECTOR OF MARKETING) TELEPHONED ME TO SAY REPEATEDLY THAT THE COMPANY ALWAYS ADVISES POTENTIAL CLIENTS THAT IT CHARGES A $50 TRIP FEE, AND THAT I FAILED TO HEED THE MESSAGE. I INSISTED THAT I HAD NOT BEEN ADVISED, AND AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE BOSS, THE MARKETING DIRECTOR ADVISED THEY WOULD RETURN MY $50. I HAVE RECEIVED A CHECK FOR $50, AND I THANK THEM. I called on 2/5/07 with one quick need and for estimates. Guy fixed quick problem on 2/6 & listed other needs BUT charged $65 an hour PLUS $50 TRIP CHARGE- $147.50 for 1 1/2 hours! Next day a call on answer machine from "John" saying had to have "Finance rep" come out for repair estimate. I called back and left okay on his voice mail. NEVER heard from them again. My repairs were no stingy job, either.
