"This is the first review I have written on this site. I just wanted to post a note to say I was very impressed with this company. I had a window smashed out in a burglary of my home, so obviously I was very upset and in a hurry to get it fixed. Even though it was a dual-pane, they were able to get it installed the next day. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional: Juan (who came to take measurements) and I think it was Mark who actually did the install. Now if only someone could catch the burglars! :-( "

"We called them to replace an "arch" window on the south side of our home. We were having sun screens installed and that company noticed that we had a window coming out of the frame. Mark explained our options and then went out of his way to get the window done and installed quickly. He got it installed one hour before the screen company showed up! "
