Moved cross country. Container delivered one day late (truck problem), had a week to load it, two weeks later it was in CA and delivered to the house on the day requested. Empty container picked up when scheduled. I'm very pleased with the company;my one complaint is a lack of communication from them about a problem. They didn't alert ME that the container wouldn't be delivered on the Wednesday; I had to call them. I'd ordered 70 pads and when the container arrived there were only 20. Upsetting and I started researching where to find pads - then suddenly got a call from Packrat saying they'd deliver 50 pads driven down from Connecticut within an hour...Wonderful news but would have liked knowing they would solve the problem so I didn't have to flail around. People are nice and helpful - just would have liked a bit more info up front - though on the trip west they did update that container was en route and then that it had arrived. Would definitely use again.

They were always charging me for something. I thought I understood initially what all the chargers were for and when I called for an explanation they told me to read my contract. Very rude billing department. They did take $30 off my final charge but they acted like that was such a HUGE favor. I would not recommend them. And our furniture did suffer a few scratches even though we used padding and packed it tight.

When I needed a container, they had it there in 2 days. However, when I needed it picked up or dropped off it took at least a week. 7 days with that thing sitting in your driveway is not ideal.
