1 - Year Warranty Carpet Cleaners

I researched several carpet cleaners and requested 4 bids. I selected 1 year warranty for several reasons: 1) Responsiveness and knowledge of cleaning methods - especially pet stains. 2) Ability to schedule service when needed. 3) 1 year warranty for recleaning. 4) price. Since I will be renting the house, the special pricing for return cleaning within 1 year was a big plus. Their price was competitive. Norman and Sam arrived on time and went straight to work. They cleaned many pet and kid stains that had been there for a while. most are gone now and others are barely noticible. When some stains came back a day later, they came back to clean them and others I had not noticed. The deodorizer/cleaner smell was a little strong for a few days, but better than pet smells.

The quality of their work was excellent, and the cleaner very courteous and professional. Would definately recommend it to anyone.

After the sudden pet surprise on our carpets, I called at 1pm after our regular (now old) carpet cleaner couldn't come. They came the same day, and Norman, the technician spent more than 3.5 hours cleaning the carpets. He was friendly, had extremely good attention to details (cleaning the corners and by the walls, getting the stains done, clipping off stray edges on the rugs etc.). The rugs were cleaner than they had been after recent cleanings, were not wet, and smelled very nice. The stains were completely gone too. Price was as quoted (less the $50 AL coupon, which they deducted from the quoted price). The one year warranty was thoroughly explained by Norman, and seems like a great deal we will use. I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted 1 Year Warranty Carpet Cleaning and obtained an appointment within the week. Although they were unable to make the initial appointment time (due to traffic problems) they were very flexible with rescheduling. The technician, Nathan Norman, did a wonderful and thorough cleaning on all the carpets in my home (as well as the sofa, loveseat and ottoman). He took his time and was very thorough. Now the house looks and smells great!!

I used Accucare to clean my sofa and upstairs carpets.
Jason arrived as scheduled and took the time to talk with me about the steps in cleaning and issues with my carpet.
He took his time and did an excellent job. This was the first professional cleaning I've had in 8 years and when he finished, the carpets and sofa looked showroom new.
The price I paid was exactly what Courtney quoted me over the phone. It was so affordable that I will definitely use Accucare in the future.
