On December 26, 2014 on the eve of return home, to Moscow, decided to have supper with friends at this restaurant at what it was the second institution in an evening. If I knew, than this farewell friendly party would will end-remained in the previous institution. While waited for other company decided to have a bite and drink with the friend on a beer glass.... In my "Laghman" there was a surprise - at what not from pleasant - a piece of glass!!!!!! All this occurred in the face of the waiter! The manager of this restaurant approached us and apologized! Evening was spoiled and we decided to leave!!!! I spent night in hospital - within several hours me checked for availability of glass in a gullet, then from a gum took a splinter of glass about 1 cm long and slightly smaller splinter took from language! Still I didn't recover from shock!!!!! Now on pain of starvation in "Braytonovsky" so-called "restaurants" of a crumb of bread I won't eat!!!!!!!! The lawyer prepares the claim in court!!!!!! In general surprises me when I read good reviews of local institutions - either "" write, or the people who don't have any idea of taste and a delicacy!!!!!!!

I love falafel and this is as good as it gets. 1001 Nights Restaurant is beautiful place, on top of that the food is hands down amazing. We usually get a bunch of small plates and some falafel balls which are delicious. If you are ever in the mood for good falafel, this is the place to go. Their falafel used to be the best in the brooklyn...now they are very delicious & flavorful. I would love to go with friends & family to enjoy the best falafel of brooklyn.

First thing I have to say is I'm a huge fan of 1001 Nights Restaurant. The food is fresh, the meat is delicious (moist, generous portions, flavorful), the service excellent, and I've never had to wait for a table. I've eaten here with just me and my fiance probably 4 other times. We had the place practically to ourselves, which was great and intimate. The service is always good and the food is always good. I usually get one of the Kebob combination's. All the meat is excellent. The Dolmas are fresh and tasty. They have good wine. Go here and enjoy the belly dancing and good food. Seriously, it's worth it.

I love 1001 Nights Restaurant! This is the restaurant of choice for me - even if I actually don't feel like going out. It's just so good, so friendly and so inexpensive. Of course I do appreciate the fact that it's BYOB, meaning I can drink here whatever I drink at home. I came here many times & the taste of food is always fresh & delicious. 1001 Nights Restaurant serving brooklyn city with their wonderful middle eastern cuisines as well as with the beautiful belly dancing show also. Whenever anyone ask me try something new i will recommend Middle Eastern Cuisines NYC at 1001 Nights Restaurant for sure.

You know 1001 Nights Restaurant is a great hole in the wall when you can smell the cooking from the street. It seems as though every time I've gone there, we've ordered way too much and end up with stomachs on the verge of exploding. Although I wouldn't consider the portions large, they're tasty and fill you up like good comfort food should. Friend of mine can't get enough of the place because it reminded him of home, and that says a lot. The Samsa is excellent; have it in the combo plate & Garlic French Fries, Tok Oshi Dolma & Lulya-kebab everything was simply AWESOME can't forget the taste of food.

1001 Nights is very cute. They have a ton of "Turkish" knick nacks decorating the walls and it had a very homey feel to the place. I thought the food was great. Seriously some of the best lamb kebobs I have ever eaten. We shared an appetizer plate and also shared our entree: Lamb Kebob over eggplant. The entire dish was delicous (and I normally do not eat eggplant). The lamb was perfectly cooked and had an amazing taste. The service is also a top class & the staff is polite. They have belly dancing shows on weekend..looking forward to enjoy dinner with the belly dancing show.

1001 Nights Restaurant is my favorite regard to Middle Eastern food. 1001 Nights Restaurant met and exceeded my experiences with new and different dishes that I've never had that were super fresh and delicious. The standard Middle Eastern standards are fantastic: samsa & plov. Highly recommended to get the shish kebab. completely fantastic was a bit much after all those appetizers. Nice place for dinner or lunch with family or friends.

1001 Nights Restaurant food is very good and very different from any other middle eastern restaurant. The menu has everything from middle eastern menu all the dishes are flavorful. My favorite is the samsa. The samsa tastes fresh and the salad that accompanies it is crisp. The staff is very friendly and have recommendations for the first time visitor.

1001 Nights Restaurant is everything that a great Brooklyn restaurant should be: affordable, comfortable, delicious. However, this place has so many lovely little side dishes. The service is good and the food comes out pretty quickly. It's definitely a great lunch place to stop in for some tasty Middle Eastern Cuisine that won't break the bank!
