Tony did a great job presenting his company (1800Anytyme Plumbing) as the one I should choose (from 5 quotes) to do the water main replacement for my home. He provided a competitive quote, and more importantly presented a knowledgeable presence that gave me confidence that his team could do the job effectively and efficiently. Tony and his team were very capable & pleasant to work with. It was a pleasure to have them do this repair for us. Thanks Tony, Russ, Ben, and Frank! ! ! Having to deal with a water main break is bad enough - it was nice to have you guys working on our side. :o) Note that ALL essentials were outstanding. Only minor glitch (4 stars quality) was the less-than-perfect lawn repair afterwards (I was advised in advance it would be bumpy).

This was our first time using Anytime Plumbing. The tech David P. was very nice and friendly. He came quickly on a Sunday morning and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a very reasonable bid and worked quickly and efficiently. He helped me decide how to best handle our issues and took care of additional work at an extremely good price. He made suggestions for future irrigation needs and made sure I understood what he was doing each step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good reasonable plumber. I would gladly use them again. Thanks again David!

They were, on average two hours late on a daily basis and were 10 days late completing the job. The technicians took more time on breaks than at work. They left trash everywhere and will not respond to my numerous contacts to the president for compensation for days lost from work watching them "work" in my home.

I had a slow drain so I called them. They sent out someone who didnt know a thingabout plumbing and charged us 205.00 for nothing, Oh wait, he id do something. He made a mess and cracked the pipes under the sink and then lied and said we neded a toal line flushing @ 1470.00. I caled a REAL plumber and He not only fixed the freshly busted pipes but also got the drain going for 100.00. I WANT MY 205.54 BACK PLUS THE 50. IT COST TO CORRECT ANYTYMES MISTAKE.

I recently used Anytyme Plumbing to fix a few leaks at my rental home in Vista. I call them and explained that this was my rental unit. They contacted my tenant for me to schedule the repair, reported back on the progress and fixed the problem. Then they mailed me my receipt so I can have it for tax purposes. They were great, professional and quick. I would use them again anytime.

I used 1800 Anytyme several times over the past couple of years. I had some electrical work done, new plumbing and AC unit installed. All of their technicians and supervisors are very professional, responsive, and efficient. They always call you 30 minutes before coming to make sure that the time is still good for you and they always quote you the actual price before starting the work. There are no surprises. Danny and Nate were the prime example of the company's quality work and top customer service during their last visit in December 2009.

I called 1800 Anytyme to get a quote on a whole house water filter system install. I had informed them that I already bought the system and just wanted quote on labor. After reading so many raving reviews I expected to hire them on the spot. Unfortunately, the rep that showed up was more interested in trying to sell me a different whole house filter system than talking about what I had called for. When he did get around to actually talking about the labor costs, he just kept making it sound like it was going to be the toughest job in the world. Gave me a quote for $800 for install. Also kept going on about how the water system he was thinking of would fit nicely in the corner. Needless to say, I humored him but sent him his merry way and got a quote from another plumber. The other plumber gave me a quote half the price of 1800 and the rep never talked about anything other than looking at the system I bought and talking about what it would take to install it. I guess everyone's experience will vary but use common sense and always shop around. I can't say this company is horrible since my experience was with just one person but the rep that showed up at my house certainly gave me a bad impression. I gave 2 stars only because they showed up for the appt.
