Dr. Patel and his whole team are great! They always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I don't have to dread going to the dentist anymore! As to some of the negative reviews: When I first visited they explained everything that would need to be done and the cost to me vs. what insurance paid. Several of my co-workers also go to Dr. Patel (as our office is also in Atlantic Station) and everyone I have talked to has also had great experiences. Thanks Dr. Patel!!

Interestingly enough I still ended up paying for your office’s inadequate “data collection practices.” If you were straight forward from the beginning this would have never happened. Also, looking at the other negative review this was not the first time this happened. If you already knew that it’s an issue why not fix it before it happens again. I don’t have a way of knowing how many times it occurred in the past, but I doubt it was just two isolated incidents. I almost shrugged it off myself.

Bottom line – it is what it is. I learned my lesson, you made ~$300 (insurance + me), and you lost a potential long term client as well as every person I know – hope it was worth it.

My experiences with Dr. Patel has been wonderful! He explains everything in detail and answers any questions without hesitation. The staff members are friendly and the office environment is pleasant. I am very pleased with the dental work he has done for me. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist that does great detailed work and makes his patients feel at ease during the process.

After a recommendation from a friend I went in to see Dr. Patel. I came in for a few procedures over a week and have been satisfied every step of the way. The staff is friendly, the office is very hip, and Dr. Patel is a great dentist. I felt at ease and am grateful for the work he has done on my teeth.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Patel. not only was he was very knowledgeable, but he listened to all of my concerns and gave me options in dealing with them. During my procedures he was very concerned with my comfort level, always being sure to ask me how I was doing. he always takes time to make sure that i leave with no questions or concerns and takes the time to address all my needs. I felt like Dr. Patel cared about me as an individual and not just as a patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to my friends and family.
