This gym is always packed. The classes are great, but it sucks that you have to pay a dollar to reserve a spot the day before so you can get in. There aren't enough treadmills & at least 2 are always "out of order", so annoying! I've had problems with a sales counselor who lied to me about a pass I received in the mail. I only live one mile from this gym, but I will gladly drive to La Mesa for the Grossmont gym.

Managers suck and always look like they are doing nothing! Front desk is a hit and miss there are a few that really try to be courteous and helpful the rest not so much. They should clean the showers in the womens bathrooms then maybe I would want to use them and as far as bang for buck I got in with a company rate otherwise I would go elsewhere!

I love this 24 Hour Fitness. It is big and clean with a lot of equipment. The staff is very very friendly. The fees are reasonable, I only pay $40 a month and it is a cancel anytime contract. Most of the occupants are very curtious. I have never had someone try to jump in front of me on purpose. It a higher class gym then say the El Cajon location.

I am not an exercising person, but when I joined 24 hr fitness, I was determined to lose weight. I love the Biggest Loser and noticed they were a big sponsor of the show. I paid lots of money including 8 sessions with a trainer. I strayed away for a while and finally decided to get busy. Well, I was a little upset to find out since I was gone for a while, I lost my sessions. Now understand I have a 3 year contract so I didn't understand why I could not have these session now. Needless to say I am trying to do this on my own with little success and I will continue to try and figure this out on my own. I do not plan to renew my membership with them.

If you like to work out before work, this is a great gym because it is not crowded and no one bugs you. They do need to work on fixing the machines in a more timely fashion and it gets very crowded (no cardio machines available) during peak hours.
