Moving day made easy!
24/7 Moving made our moving day easy! They were professional and courteous, and careful to make sure all of our furniture was handled with care. I highly recommend 24/7. Daniel, Timothy, and Esteban's crew did a great job from start to finish.

Great movers
We used them for a local move and had a couple of stops along the way. Esteban and his crew arrived right on time. They did a great job of packing all breakable items and were careful to wrap every piece of furniture or loose items I would not have even thought of myself.

We had to also pick up furniture at a storage unit and then make it in time to wood-working shop before they closed at 1pm. Everything went fine and as we got close to the 1pm deadline they put it in high gear so we were right on time. They had their own GPS and were right there with us for all of our stops.

Finally, at the new house we were unloaded quickly and they help us set up a lot of the new stuff. In one case, I discovered I had a four-pronged cord for dryer. I went out and bought a three-pronged cord and one of the guys was able to help us get that new cord on. It worked fine and we were up and running.

Can't say enough about how efficient and professional these guys were. They turned a normally hectic day into a smooth productive one. I would highly recommend!

Makes Moving Easy With No Stress
I've used 24/7 before to move furniture to a consignment shop and was very pleased so we hired them for a whole house move. From initial contact to the move itself the guys were professional, responsible and very respectful of us and our belongings. And that's all that matters when you move. I'd hire them again and would highly recommend!

Decent price- but confirm details ahead in writing
24/7 moving had a better rate per hour than most and flexible in my move dates( $50 fee).

If moving with 24/7, be thorough about what they can and CANNOT do/move, esp for specific requests. Document questions via email. Timothy, the person booking moves, agreed to moving and stacking a washer/dryer - a main concern of mine and reason why I chose 24/7. I provided details of the move, esp. w/d in emails and no less than 2-3 calls, providing details about the w/d. Timothy confirmed each time that the movers would take care of it. On the day of the move, thankfully the movers were honest about their capabilities and didn't feel comfortable with the task. I called Timothy to ask, and he backtracked that he wasn't aware of my w/d specs. Daniel (owner) called, after reading my emails, and flat denied my request, stated I wasn't clear, that Timothy had no recollection and that the request was unconventional. Though you don't have to write anything in email, you should, bc that is what they will use to backtrack.

In the end, I appreciated the honesty of the movers. I didn't want them do something they could not. It would have been good to know in the beginning to plan, and unprofessional of the office staff/owner to backtrack, esp in the middle of my move day. My advice: ask question, get it in writing, be specific in your request and confirm if they can do it. Also, better have boxes and tape at all times.

The reason why we were not able to complete the assembly of this washer/dryer unit is because the length of the hose was too short to assemble and then hook up within the limited space in the home. The customer's instructions, " I have a front-load washer/dryer that needs to be unhooked and transported, and then assembled on the second floor of townhome," did not indicate the retro fitting of the unit with an aftermarket part, which would have been addressed differently from the beginning and more than likely the customer would have been referred to an appliance technician in this instance. Secondly, we only bring boxes and tape if a prior request is made. We don't want to waste space inside the truck that a customer could use for transporting their belongings. And finally, to address the $50 fee referred to in the beginning of the review. This customer cancelled their move twice, rescheduling for different days, once on the same day as the move and another the day before her move. We can reschedule, but a last minute reschedule (being less than 4 days notice) does have a $50 fee associated with it, which is not hidden and made very clear prior to reservation. We do however agree with this customer that any special requests be asked or addressed fully in writing just for clarity in the event of confusion either on our part or the part of the customer. Likewise, we encourage all customers to ask as many questions as necessary or desired. Our goal is to help you have a smooth and stress free move. We will always make time for your questions or concerns, no matter how complicated the situation.
