I have been a client of 25th St. Automotive for several years. I have referred my entire family there, and we've all been very happy with the service we've received. Bill and Bill are advocates for their customers. They will honestly tell you what you need to do to keep the car running, versus what it needs to be safe, versus things dealerships try to get you to repair that just aren't that important. This repair shop gets it. They are relationship-oriented, not transaction-oriented. They don't try to push excessive repairs on you. They know what they are doing and they can explain it. They do good work, and their philosophy is to always take good care of their customers, with the knowledge that most will return--even if means not trying to squeeze every last drop out of their customers' wallets on the first visit.

If you're looking for an "ethical" automotive repair shop - you've found it in 25th Street Automotive. They understand my needs as a business owner - keeping me informed of the status of my repairs, and keeping their promises. I'm glad I have a car repair shop that I can trust and feel comfortable referring my friends to.
