Selling my home, I needed blinds for one room quickly. Broker walk through was Thursday, I got home from vacation on Monday. I called and they sent Steve the same day. I explained the issue, that I needed them before Thursday and was charged on a non-itemized statement for @$150. When the blinds did not come on Wednesday, I called and was told the order was not submitted until Tuesday, so yes, I paid for expedited service but didn't receive it. Steve assured me the order was submitted the same day it was taken, as shown on my paperwork. But once the blinds arrived (at the doorstep of my next door neighbor on Thursday afternoon) the reciept showed that day as the date of delivery, and Tuesday as the day the order was placed. I've been calling numerous times in the past month and playing phone tag with the manager there. I was assured I'd receive a credit for the expedited service I did not get and have yet to get anything. It appears they intentionally avoid customers who do not get what they pay for. But I'm not going away that easily. I won't be using 3-Day blinds anymore ESPECIALLY when I need them in 3 days.
