Personable and very knowledgable sales and management staff. They know their business as far as systems and whole home engineering of HVAC. Execution is where it fell apart especially their use of contractors. They took a week longer to install than initial estimate. Their install staff are not exactly polished, left cigarette butts and debris from existing system all over the yard and garage area. It felt like i needed to say something for them to do a proper fit and finish including cleanup which at the pricepoint i paid should be apparent. Good but high maintenance and questionable hygiene standards of their staff in your house.

3 years ago we had 4 Seasons install 2 ac's, 2 furnace systems. They work well and we have not had problems. Fast forward 3 years and we contacted 4 seasons for air filtration and dehumidifier needs. The salesman (for the life of me, his name is eluding me) came and was very pleasant and great to deal with. We really liked him and wanted to contract the company, but the pricing was still very high and being that we had 5 other quotes, we had a great range of pricing. We went back a few times and re-explained what our needs were, but there was a gap between what we wanted and what was quoted. In the end, we contracted another company. During the quoting process, we found out that during the install of the new systems 3 years ago, installers took the cheap and quick method of using outdoor ac pads, flipped them over and used them under our furnaces instead of real drip pans. Every other contractor pointed out that was a terrible way and should never have been done that way. Also, 5 other companies pointed out that during that install 3 years ago, neither system was properly sealed as it should have been. We have since paid to have it sealed as it should have been 3 years ago. All this say, sales is great, but the tech's might need supervision.

It hit 104 yesterday and is close today and our AC went out last night. 4 Seasons came out of their service zone to help us and did so quickly and pleasantly. They didn't gouge us for a Sunday call either! Highly recommended!

Just had my air conditioning units service by Four Seasons. The price for the same service call went up by $102 from the previous year. New ownership has put in a new higher cost structure. Be careful.

Four Seasons installed HVAC in a $1.6M+ home I built in 2006. Since then, it has been four years of agony trying to get the system to function as it should. Duct work install - poor; equipment quality - poor; thermostat placement - poor; I am now in the midst of replacing all 4 units. Incredible! Perhaps their service department is fine, but if you have a new install, buyer beware.

We've been using Four Seasons for over 10yrs. They've always been honest & professional. Naturally when it came time to replace our old system, we gave'em a call. Kenneth came out and drew up some ideas for our home. Love the fact that we were given 4 different options to chose from. very detailed. We choose the Amana system, due to the warranties. Lifetime on the compressor & heat exchanger. We would have no reget, recommending this family owned business. Best there is. Adrian and Julie Powell Alpharetta, Ga.

I had a new Amana HVAC installed at a great price. The installation was done with great care. The team clean-up up both inside and out. they were also very polite and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them from now on for the semi-annual servicing. You cannot go wrong with this company that has been in business since 1972.
