We loved working with the guys at 770-Aroborist. We hired them for a difficult job to cut down a very tall, dead tree in our small, hilly back yard. They did an awesome job and educated us about the other trees in our yard, as well. Highly recommend!

I called Mark about a problem tree in my back yard. We spent nearly an hour on the phone going over the pros and cons of removing the tree, and he even asked for a few videos so that he could "see" the tree in question. Mark went above and beyond with his evaluation, and gave me honest, thoughtful advice about how to proceed.

I didn't even need multiple estimates to select Mark and his team for my job. After meeting with Mark for an hour-long assessment, I knew he was the arborist I wanted to work with. He was knowledgeable, which I would expect, but he was also passionate about my trees. He even suggested that I not worry about the lack of grass in my backyard because grass only takes nutrients from the trees. He was patient enough to explain what was going on with my trees and what his recommendations were. I knew there was one that needed to come down - it turns out there were really two. He quoted a very reasonable price to remove both and to climb 6 more trees on my property to remove limbs. His crew was very professional and efficient when they arrived and cleaned all debris before they left. One of the best experiences I've had with work around my home. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We had some trees removed, including one hanging over a fence. They also cleared and chipped up a lot of small volunteer trees. The yard looks great. They arrived with an extra crew member and we're still on site an hour after quitting time. We would use this company again without question.

I was referred to 770-Arborist to remove two Holly trees. Mark gave me a very fair price, but also instructed me on how I could complete the job myself and save a couple hundred bucks in the process. That's very rare in today's world and I really appreciated his professional opinion. Great customer service!

Mark and his team did an amazing job for our family! We had 2 massive (taller than our house) leland cypress trees where the roots were growing into our foundation and air conditioning unit (as well as uprooting our fence) and his team responded in a timely manner and removed them as well as the debris in a matter of a few hours! I thought this would be an all day job, just to cut them down, but Mark was efficient and professional. His team utilized safety equipment and left the yard as clean as it gets. He also ordered the stumps to be ground for us (and that was completed quickly too)! Mark's prices are reasonable and he's very knowledgeable. I can't say enough how satisfied we were by the his company's professionalism and value. He truly values his customers and was very trustworthy. Thanks Mark and team for doing a great job at an affordable price. I will never call anyone but 770 Arborist for my tree service needs.

Mark went out of his way to answer my questions on how to properly hang a swing from my trees with minimal impact to tree health. Great guy, very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone...

Mark went out of his way to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. I had about 12 trees that I wanted to remove in the front yard and I know how picky the city can be about removing trees. Getting an arborist was a no-brainer and Mark exceed all of my expectations at an extremely affordable price. I wasn't able to meet him at the house on a Sunday but he went out there anyway, took a very detailed video outlining what needed to be done for me, and emailed it to me so we could go over it together on the phone. Talk about making things convenient and going a step above the rest! He then reached out to the city and made things very simple for them to process the permit approval. The whole process took a matter of days. I wish all the contractors I worked with had this sense of urgency and wonderful customer service. I would recommend Mark and his team to anyone who needs help in this field.

I spoke with Mark Russell, the owner, directly about what we needed done. We had a tree that had half-way fallen and was resting on some other trees, plus a dead one in the back yard, and some pruning that needed to be done. He did a complete assessment of my yard, and some trees I thought were dead, were actually fine. He showed me a graph of the risk of some of the trees and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I was worried about two things: paying too much or paying too little and getting someone with no insurance, etc. His price was very fair and he shaved off $200 because I paid with a check. He even went the extra mile when I asked him to leave the logs in the driveway, which was more work. Don't skimp on cheaper pricing - Go with the best value, which is with Mark at The Arborist. He really cares about providing his clients with the best in customer service.

Mark was very informative and professional. They were very fast and efficient on getting down a huge maple tree that was threatening my water pipes. I highly recommend this company bc they're honest and not just trying to make a quick buck. They truly want to make their customers happy and I was nothing less than happy with them, A+ in my book. They go above and beyond to get the job done right for you.

We recently purchased an older home in the Johns Creek area. The previous owners had a multitude of trees in the back yard that were in danger of harming our home and our new neighbors. Mark took the time to explain which trees were healthy, which ones were dangerous, and which would thrive. He went beyond our expectations and stayed in touch in person and onsight. Don't bother getting 3 estimates. Just go with this firm.

Mark was able to meet me for an inspection of a potential investment property on short notice. I have some experience dealing with trees but I got an education with Mark! We walked the entire property and he pointed out issues, reviewed options (prune vs. remove), explained risks, and more. The inspection report and estimate provided me useful information for negotiations. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm to investors as part of their due diligence when buying real estate with a substantial stand of trees on the property.

Mark provided a thorough consultation, accurate estimate, and followed through on commitment and timeline. He answered my questions politely and knowledgeably. He even came back out to my house after the job to trim another branch at no additional cost. I will definitely call him again in the future and recommend him to others.

WOW! Mark is amazing and very professional. As someone that has been burned badly in the past, I'm always cautious in dealing with contractors on any type of job. Mark made me feel comfortable and never once did I have any problems, questions, or doubts. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about trees and took the time to explain everything in DETAIL. Once the assessment was done, we scheduled for him to come take down my trees. He was prompt being there with his crew and equipment ready to go! One of my trees had three trunks, was very large, and tight between my house and fence. These guys took their time and cut it down foot by foot until it was completely gone. I was amazed, they knew their trade and did it perfectly. The clean up was great as well. They had to deal with an unexpected hornet's nest, but they worked around it and eventually cleaned up every last bit. A few days later, they came out to grind the stumps. I was expecting a huge mess, pieces everywhere, and to my surprise and pleasure, they were both in a nice pile surrounding where the stumps used to be. In addition to everything, he repaired a bad cut on a large oak tree that another contractor incorrectly cut a few years ago. Overall, I would use Mark again and refer him to everyone I hear that needs tree work!! Hands down one of the best experiences yet!
