Whenever I was in need they immediately came to my assistance with both personable and knowledgeable support. I honestly have to admit that if was not for their diligence, I would not be the happy home owner that I am today.

9 Mile Trolley helped me sell my condo in Va-Hi, and they made the whole process painless and stress-free. First, Justin Seeby met with me and toured my home and gave me specific suggestions for staging my condo. Then he worked up a terrific marketing plan. I felt like I was getting the same treatment for my little condo that million-dollar home owners were getting! And their laid back style is very refreshing; they're not pushy and antsy like most agents you'll meet. The best thing about 9 Mile Trolley is that you have a whole team of agents and assistants working for you. They also call you once a week to let you know how many showings you've had, who's interested, and what people did or didn't like. They really keep you in the loop every step of the way. For a fast, professional sales or buying experience, I'd definitely recommend 9 Mile Trolley.

9 Mile Trolley Realty knows the in town market like the back of their hand. I was amazed at how well they were able to codify the market based on my preferences. They were able to help me locate a part of town that fit my personality / budget and keep watch until the type of home I wanted popped up on the market. In terms of customer service, they did an outstanding job representing me to the seller and catering to my needs. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend 9 Mile Trolley Realty.

Transferring to ATL from Portland, OR all while trying to find a place to live was not an easy process. I posted an add on another site desperate to find help because 3 other realtors were too busy. Jeff Carr responded with great information. Jeff was out of town and not able to help me due to my flight back to OR; but sent me all the information I needed to find a place, eventhough he was getting absolutely nothing out of it. When I need to find a place or purchase my next home, Jeff Carr and 9 Mile Trolley will be at the top of my list!
