@homecomputers is an onsite/remote computer services company based in Snellville GA and serving the entire Metro Atlanta area. @homecomputers also provides remote service to any location with an internet connection to customers across the US and world. We specialize in repair, instruction, networking and pretty much everything involved in the daily use of your home or business computer. Our business model grew out of the personal frustration we have experienced with late or missed appointments,.. unfair charges and rude impersonal service from local vendors. We never charge for drive time, phone or email tech support, nor do we charge extra for evenings or weekends. You are encouraged to sit, watch and hopefully learn while your computer is being serviced. Please visit www.athomecomputers.biz for more info on our qualifications and pricing. Remember, "No need to unplug everything & haul your system to a shop! I come to your computer!"VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

@homecomputers was able to diagnose and offer practical solutions to resolve my computer issue over the phone. Honest and honorable. No upcharges...just great service!
I called John and he immediately started working on our computer. Cleaned it all up, and it is working great.

I had some issues with my computer. Thanks to John, I found out that my monitor was dead (and not the entire computer), which was a relatively easy fix. He also cleaned up my computer and discovered that my internet was unnecessarily routed to an old modem. My computer is running much smoother and the cost for his services was nominal!

We found John through Kudzu. Glad we did. He came to our house & worked through a slew of items, ranging from software to home networking. Through the whole process, he was professional and worked quickly. We certainly recommend John and @homecomputers.

My computer had been running slow and having trouble with outbound emails. Called John, made an appt for same PM and within an hour I was up and running more efficiently. He advised me to purchase a new computer soon as mine is dying a slow death. Already knew that, but it was good to hear an expert enforce the thought. I'll be calling John after Windows 10 hits the market and I purchase a new tower. I compare a computer to a car....you just have to find the right mechanic. His prices are accurately posted on his site. Thank You!

About two years ago my son moved to Arizona, this was quite a change not only was my only son now thousands of miles away, so was my technical support. I never realized how much he did to help keep the computers running so I could concentrate on running my business. When I ran into some major issues my son went out to Kudzu.com and researched computer repair and found John and suggested I give him a try and boy am I glad I did. John has responded quickly every time I have reached out for help. He comes up with inventive ideas that make like easy and save me money. I will continue to use him and have given his name to anyone who needs a great person to partner with to tackle computer issues.
John with @homecomputers has been our IT guy for years. He was recommended by a business associate several years ago & we have been with him ever since! He is always able to diagnose our problem and fix it. He makes suggestions when we need to change or upgrade our computers/software and always helps us get the best price. You can't go wrong with @homecomputers!
I love the way John operates. He wants to help you in the quickest way possible so it doesn't cost you a lot of money. I always feel like I get great value when working with John. In our home he is known as our "computer guy".
