I have a prepaid service contract with Dell and live near several big box stores that service computers. Why did I go to @homecomputers for service? 1) John Tiedemann speaks clear understandable English. 2) I can talk to the guy who does the work. 3) Each time I call I talk to the same person who knows me and my computer. 4) I always deal with a qualified tech. 5) John takes responsibility for what he does. I will never again use Dell or a Big Box. Michael Klevickis

I chose John from all the reviews on the Kudzu website, and I'm so happy I did. He was prompt in answering my call and equally prompt in coming out. We had him install a new computer, monitor and printer, as well as transfer all the data from the old computer. Throughout the entire process he was professional, courteous, honest and patient in answering any questions that were raised. He was also personable which made me feel very comfortable and confident in his ability to do the job.

The rates charged were certainly reasonable as well. In fact, I thought it would be more costly for the work done.

We had one small problem arise a day or two later, and there again John responded very quickly and was able to fix it remotely in no time flat.

To sum it all up, John did a great job for us. Without any reservations I would recommend him, and I plan to use him for any future work to be done. Thanks, John!

John was able to quickly isolate and fix a network problem I was having in no time. He was quick, professional, and very helpful. Also, I found his rates to be fair considering he drove downtown all the way from Snellville to help me. I would highly recommend John and @homecomputers.

We have a small business network with 7 PCs and 2 printers and recently installed some hardware that wasn't functioning properly. John got us back up and running smoothly despite some oddities in our network and continued to provide remote phone support after the initial onsite service.

Like many people, my wife and I had a years old network of computers, printers, scanners, fax, etc. We decided to go to a 4-in-1 printer, and asked John to help us rip everything out and get it all organized. I quickly saw why he has such a great reputation with this group. He did exactly as we requested, asked for our input on setting preferences, worked quickly, and left us feeling very satisfied. He was even able to help with a work-around on my old computer for a scanning issue. We would recommend John to anyone for computer based issues, equipment choices and related problems. Heck, he even is a decent guy to talk with!
