I have used their services three times now. I have only paid once. The first time I called, they walked me through a couple of easy checks to find out why my gate was not working. It turned out to something I could reset. The second time, I called, they had me wipe off the electric eye and it fixed it again. Finally, I called them when someone in my family ran into the gate. They came out, welded the broken part of the gate, bent the frame back, checked the hinges and arm, cleaned all of the contacts, tightened all of the wiring and trimmed a few the tech thought had something wrong with it, taught me some new tricks with my gate intercom and in general, did a great job. This company is probably the best I have worked with.

I needed my gate fixed. I did not know what was going on and neither did the two other guys I paid to fix it. David came the same day I called and found out a motor capacitor was out. He now fixes everything at our apartments related to the gates including the telephone entry systems and the gates themselves. His charges were about the same as the other two companies but he spent less time fixing it so the cost was less. If the company is not too busy after this review, I recommend you give them a call.
