This man is terrible. I had an appointment set up through Frigidaire to replace a part on my refrigerator. When he called to confirm what time he would be out, I ask him to confirm we were not being charged for the call. He said no, he didn't see that. I ask him to please call Frigidaire as I was at work and didn't have the reference # they gave me. He told me no. I came home and called Frigidaire back and they were very apologetic, they called him and told him the call was to be free. Frigidaire told me to hang up and call him back and set up another call. When I called him back he was rude, and said it wasn't in the notes. I told him I had to take time off work, could he please tell me when he'd be back out to resolve this. He told me "We are getting off on the wrong foot and I don't want to handle this call, call them back and set up another call" I'm still shocked.. I called Frigidaire back and the young lady she called him and he was rude to her. I was set up with another company, they were awesome and fixed my refrigerator.
