used them Twice. My house is pretty easy to clean I just am tired of going up and down my ladder 2 times each year. First time they cleaned and made some repairs I had been messing with forever. Just... had them out a week ago and did a good job, no mess. It took them a while to get me because of weather, but they communicated lead time up front to me so no problem. We had our gutters cleaned recently and were not happy with the results. The bill presented was not what was quoted over the phone, they left debris on the back of the house and cleaned it only after requested to, they left nails & other debris from the gutters on the ground around the house, and when I checked the gutters that I can see from an upstairs window, there is still debris in them. I would not recommend this company.
If this is actually one of our customers (I highly doubt that it is for several reasons) then I sincerely apologize. All you have to do is call the office and we would happily make a follow-up trip to address the service issues and talk about the difference in price.
Even removed the leaves from around the base of my house. Roof and gutters look great and leaves are piled neatly on side.

This company is very professional, courteous, and accomodating, and I have never seen a company clean up the mess they leave behind as well as they do. It's a pleasure to drive up on the days they've been cleaning my gutters, because they clean up ALL the debris that's in the area where the pinestraw and leaves fall as they clean, not just what they knock down. Their website is also super consumer-friendly. They're simply the best!

When considering a gutter cleaning service, make sure that you use a company that focuses their attention ONLY on gutter cleaning. As a company we cannot expect to offer pressure washing and gutter installation and expect to be the best gutter cleaners in the city. We know gutters, and that is what makes us different than any other gutter cleaning company in Atlanta. I was initially skeptical of using a service provider that I never met in person, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with A Better Gutter Cleaning. I found them on Kudzu.com and from their other positive ratings decided to give them a try. Their customer service rep whom I spoke to on the phone to schedule the cleaning answered my million questions with patience and a smile. The job they did cleaning my gutters left them sparkling. And they didn't leave even one leaf behind when they cleaned up my yard afterwards. I also love the online billing and payment systems. Best of all, they didn't try to sell me any unneeded services for roof repairing or gutter installation. Overall a really positive experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Get a price over the phone or e-mail, come out to the house within 4 days or so, thorougly clean the gutters and cleanup on the ground, and leave an invoice. We called A Better Gutter Cleaning and they came out within a week. They quickly cleaned our gutters and did a pretty good job of cleaning up (our deck was left a little dirty, but all the debris was removed). They also didn't try to "upsell" us on any of their other products, which I really appreciated. We just wanted to get our gutters cleaned!
Many gutter cleaners in Atlanta use gutter cleaning service as a way to get in the door to use high pressure sales techniques to sell gutter covers, new gutters, roof repairs, etc. Almost all of our revenue comes from gutter cleaning. We do a full inspection of your roof and gutter system at each cleaning, but would never suggest having a repair done that you didn't really need or using high pressure sales like some other gutter cleaners do. Basically, we are gutter cleaners that will let you if there are any problems that we see.

I used them to clean the gutters on a rental property down in Atlanta and they did a great job. The price was right and they left the property looking nice.
We have a special program for rentals. Call us up and we'll get you a price, we'll clean the gutters at your rental property, let the tenants know that we are coming so we don't suprise anyone and then send you the invoice at your residence. You can even pay online after service is completed. We know that renting out a property can be a lot of hassle, so we try to make gutter cleaning the easiest thing you'll schedule all year long. I was not satisfied with a recent cleaning of my gutter but after speaking to Davis at A Better Gutter they addressed my concern and demonstrated that they clearly do care about customer satisfaction. I had not planned on using them again but after this experience I will definitely come back to them when my gutters need cleaning!

I called to get my gutters cleaned and the girl in the office gave me a price and explained everything. The service was completed 5 days later and my gutters look great. They even let us know we were missing a couple of shingles on our roof and took care of that at the same visit.

I have used A Better Gutter Cleaning in the past and was satisfied with the service. However, I made an appointment to have my gutters cleaned and was told that someone would be out in 7-10 days. To my surprise, no one called or came. I called back and was told that I would be moved up as a priortiy. After 4 days, no call, no show. I called back and spoke with Brian who apologized and informed me "truthfully" that they were waiting to get more jobs in my area before coming out...he stated that they would be out in 7 businesses days at the latest. I work in the service industry and could not imagine this level of service nor did I expect it from a company that had provided what I considered quality service. Suffice to say, a customer has been lost. I cannot imagine paying money to a company that fails to be upfront with me.
It seems to me that the insuination here is that we misled him on purpose when he originally scheduled? Admittedly, it was going to be about 13 days instead of the 10 that we quoted. That's the only thing that happened here. I apologized for the delay and told him it would be done in just a couple more days at the most. He said that we told him 10 days and if it was going to be 13 he was not intrested.
