I have used A Better Gutter Cleaning in the past and was satisfied with the service. However, I made an appointment to have my gutters cleaned and was told that someone would be out in 7-10 days. To my surprise, no one called or came. I called back and was told that I would be moved up as a priortiy. After 4 days, no call, no show. I called back and spoke with Brian who apologized and informed me "truthfully" that they were waiting to get more jobs in my area before coming out...he stated that they would be out in 7 businesses days at the latest. I work in the service industry and could not imagine this level of service nor did I expect it from a company that had provided what I considered quality service. Suffice to say, a customer has been lost. I cannot imagine paying money to a company that fails to be upfront with me.

It seems to me that the insuination here is that we misled him on purpose when he originally scheduled? Admittedly, it was going to be about 13 days instead of the 10 that we quoted. That's the only thing that happened here. I apologized for the delay and told him it would be done in just a couple more days at the most. He said that we told him 10 days and if it was going to be 13 he was not intrested.
After reading such excellent reviews on the great service and reasonable prices, I decided to call to schedule to have my gutters cleaned. I was quoted the amount for the size of my house and was told they would be cleaned in about 7 business days. I would receive an email 1 day prior to them coming out to clean the gutters. Needless to say, it has been approx. 3 weeks with no email and no gutters cleaned.

We've been around for a long time and there are several companies that copy us to the point that it can be difficult for our own regular customers to tell us apart from these "copycat" companies. I'm pretty sure that you believe you called us but what you're describing doesn't sound like our company.

I called this company and within 5 days they were out exactly when they said they would be- they were in and out within 30 minutes. Cleaned the gutters and all areas where the mess fell. Very reasonably priced and couldn't be easier to use. Will definitely use them again.

These guys came to clean the gutters while I was at work. I wouldn't have even noticed that they had been there had the area around my house not been CLEANER than when I left for work that morning. Great job. Great pricing. Will use again and again. They go above and beyond even picked up a pile a leaves that i had not gotten to yet.

Yesterday we had a rough day around the office. We were shorthanded and two of us answered over 250 phone calls! When this review came in at the end of the day it really cheered us up! Thanks for the great review.

Very clever. They provide quote over the phone based on your address (I assume by looking up my house specs), set up an appointment, clean your gutters, and invoice you via email so you can pay via paypal. Couldn't be easier.

I'm glad that you appreciate how easy our service is to use. We have spent a lot of time and effort to make gutter cleaning the easiest service you'll schedule all year. Get on service contract with us and it's even easier!
they came to help fix a bad situation with my previous gutter installation by another company. The work was done the same day and they provided me with photos of the work the was required. The finished job looks great - will use them when I need a new roof and will continue to use them for gutter cleaning

Gutter installers are a lot like attorneys - some are very good at what they do and some are very bad! I'm glad you found your way to Atlanta's most recognized gutter experts so we could get your gutters working again.
We'll be happy to come back out and add the gutter guards. Sorry about the oversight.
