Friendly to work with, but they do not follow through on promises made. They moved us over a month ago and broke the glass for our kitchen table, my grandmother's antique table, a vase and our media cabinet. They promised the glass would be replaced by the end of the week and the rest taken care I'd ASAP. NOTHING has been done to fix or compensate for any of the damaged items a month later. Now they won't even return emails or phone calls!!!

If you choose to use this company, demand to speak directly with the owner, Richard Shuford, to set it up. Although the movers, themselves, were friendly, they took many smoke breaks, which, at the price per hour, certainly rubbed me the wrong way, as I continued to pack while they had a good time together outside. I would not use this company again, as the general manager tried to pull some serious funny business with our move. Also, when our stuff arrived to our new home, some of our furniture was broken, due to the way it had been packed by the movers.

Moved like turtles, damaged most furniture, broke kitchen glasses and never sent compensation check as promised.
