In June 2013, Tommy accepted $2,500.00 from my brother, a deployed US Soldier,to replace kitchen countertops. It is now December 2013, the work still has not been done. On December 2, 2013, my brother contacted Tommy via email, requesting a cash refund, naming me as his duly authorized representative. I made telephone contact with Tommy on December 9, 2013, at 2:40pm. During that call, he acknowledged reciept of the aforementioned email, and agreed to a full refund of monies owed. As I was speaking to him on the telephone, my brother sent him an additional email, reiterating his request for a full refund of $2,500.00. Since that time, I have attempted to contact Tommy via telephone 10 times, leaving detailed, timestamped, recorded messages. He have not returned my calls. I cannot reccommend "A Perfect Flush", due to the fact that they accept money for work they have no intention of completing (or even starting), and apparently think it is perfectly acceptable to victimize Soldiers serving overseas. We will be pursuing a lawsuit against "A Perfect Flush". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
