Do not hire this company! I hired them last Friday to unload a truck that was sent cross country. When they took several boxes into my closet one or both of the two movers went into a bathroom drawer and took four diamond rings. After a week, I still have not received a call from the Owner. When I spoke to the woman who books, she apologized and only offered that they were subcontracted, as if that makes a difference. Two of these rings were inherited from my Mother, with one being her original wedding set. I am just sick over this. On top of being put through this, I now must worry that they know what I own and where I live. Don't put yourself at risk, steer clear of this company and the thieves they put in your home.

Moving is always difficult event. But if you want to enjoy it invite Atlasta. We moved a lot in the past, so we know how moving company can make your life miserable. But we never had so much pleasure in moving before Thank you very much!!

Thank you to Paul and his crew for graciously and expertly moving my mother-in-law from her home to an assisted living apartment. It was difficult for her to make decisions on what to move, and Paul and his crew were so kind and thoughtful during the whole process! I would not hesitate to recommend this moving company, they were wonderful. They were professional, careful, meticulous and went above and beyond what we expected! Thank you.

I found Atlasta on Kudzu.com and was thrilled with their service from my very first call to the moment they drove away from my daughter's new apartment. Every person who is a member of this team is focused on the customer and the customers' experience. They are polite, helpful, prompt, efficient, friendly, and keep their word. I will never use any other company for any future move. Thank you to the whole team!

We asked Atlasta to only move our furniture since we were only going 7 miles. They gave us a firm quote, no hourly! They showed up with all their equipment on time and read to work and just 4 hours later it was all done. It was the best experience I have ever had with movers. I would use them again and recommend for anyone making a move.

My family and I moved around the first week in July. We have moved twice in the past 4 years and both places that helped us move were just terrible! When I called Paul he was pleasant, upfront and told me exact cost. They showed up on time and were friendly and experienced! Paul the owner was one of the gentlemen helping us move! It was nice to see a company going over and beyond! I would use them again in the future as well as recommending them to anyone!

I have moved several times since relocating to Phoenix from Texas in 2000. My mother and sister have also used Atlasta, and we are ALL so much more than satisfied! The owner of this moving company, Paul Tilwach is the best in the business. He has NEVER damaged or destroyed any of my property through numerous moves. He moved my mother here to Phoenix from Kansas City and again, no property damage. He is EXTREMELY careful and pays great attention to detail, such as securing each item in the moving truck and using top-rate padding and tie-down materials. He is also incredibly dependable. He has always arrived on time or even a liitle bit early. He always did a walk-through with me before beginning the loading process, asking questions about my property, such as "can this dresser be loaded upside down", and ALWAYS honored my wishes. His price is the most reasonable in the Valley that I have found. He is so reliable, dependable and professional that I will now not use any other moving company. If Paul is not available on the day that I would like to move, I will reschedule my move to a date when he is available. I cannot stress enough what a quality job this company does, and I get that same level of quality service every time. It is easy to make a good impression once, but to consistently deliver such incredible service time after time is somewhat hard to find, in my experience. I give Atlasta the highest ratings in all categories!

Moving is so stressful. Atlasta made the hardest part the easiest. I did shop around and found several quotes. I have to say by far the lowest quote, most honest up front price, and information was Atlasta. My stuff was picked up exactly when they said and was taken to our new home in perfect condition. I will use them again and recommend then to anyone. I wish I knew about them before, I have had some bad moves since living in the valley. What a refreshing change. Thank you Paul and Atlasta Movers.

Thank You.We truly appreciate your honesty and your feedback. I knew from our initial conversation that he had several bad moving experiences in the recent past. We must have spoken 3 to 4 times before he decided to move with our company. What I found satisfying was that he was willing to take the time to list all of the items to be moved, and had provided us with all of the pertinent information such as the distance from where we park our truck to where his apartment door is ( over 120' ) which is a standard measurement in our industry.He had also mentioned a difficult access via his parking garage.He gave specific details and directions with regards to the drop off location. He had also indicated that we we're only moving the large items. All of this information allowed us to provide him with a fair and accurate price, and estimated total move time quote. We then we're able to mail him a guaranteed price move quote. It was at this point when he had actually felt confident with his decision to utilize our company.I would reccommend to all prospective customers to please take your time when placing a moving reservation. We receive too many calls from customers just wanting to know what we charge without providing us with all of the necessary information. This in my opinion is what typically leads to those "extra charges" so commonly heard of within our industry. Suggestion: Have a detailed list when of all items to be moved when comparison shopping. Tell the booking agent that the bed will need to be taken apart, that there is a mirror on the dresser etc. One of the most common surprises that we experience are those particle board multi piece entertainment centers and desks that we're purchased in a box and assembled at home. These typically need to be disassembled to be moved. This almost always adds extra time and costs to a move. Also, the day before your move, call the moving company with any changes which includes a new box total. Again, we find that a customer will initially call in with 50 boxes and we're charged for 50.We show up the day of the move and there's 150, resulting in those "extra charges".
