I called this company to repair a window and a side lite on the front door. The did not show up on the day I had someone waiting to let them in my customer's home. The following day they fixed the window and not the side lite. I called and complained and they wouldn't return my call. Then they sent emails wanting to be paid. I explained that they didn't complete the job. They said I would have to pay them to go back out. I paid them and got Glass Dr to come out and finish the job. A Quick said they'd be in business since 1955 and hoped to be in business another 61 years. Amazing they managed to stay in businesss with such poor customer service.

Negative 5 rating. Regulators shouldn't let this kind of company exist. They are not doing business, they are stealing and ripping off people. We were so stupid to get ourselves stuck in the contract with this company without checking the reviews here first. We had an offer to purchase our house and so we needed to get our windows done in an emergency situation and hired this so called emergency glass company. They agreed to repair the glass for 120/window to fix all the foggy windows, 25 in total for $3000. Then we asked if that also included fixing the insulation of the windows and they said for additional $20 they would do it then we said $20's too much for just changing the weather strip on the bottom of the window and so they agreed 140/window to fix 25 foggy windows and replace the insulation of all the windows for a total of $3,500. They would get the job done no later than Friday, 6/26/2015. They took away our 46 windows on 6/22 and covered them with wood planks. But Thursday they told us it's impossible to return the windows Friday and even worse's that they said they only found 17 foggy windows and the total windows were 31. That number didn't match our windows. We knew they messed up and they even didn't start to work on our windows at all. We made more than 100 calls trying to find out when they could return our windows. They hanged up our calls rudely and didn't give us a time frame. We tried to get our windows back but when we drove to the address they gave,

I thought there are not any reliable companies left. Most of the firms in the services business are not honest with their customers and you have to ask questions all the time in order to get what are you paying for. My manager gave me the task to find a glass repair contractor for his company. I got recommendations from previous customers of Atlanta A quick emergency Glass and several other window glazing companies in Atlanta. I made a research on them and I chose this one. Now I don't regret for my choice. The staff was not only very polite, but also very clear about the details around the glass replacement. Now I know - if I need window repair in my home, I'll call them.

Stay clear of this company, this company has the worse customer service that I have ever had to deal with. A contractor broke my Palladio window and then contracted this company to come replace it. I took them 3 weeks and like 20 calls to come take it out. Once they took it out they promised they would have it within 2 days. After a week and another 20 -30 calls (lost the count), they still haven't come to install it. Do not believe a thing they say, they do not honor the time they tell you they will be there nor how long they will take to fix the problem, they always come up with an excuse. The owner is called Carlos (also calls himself Pedro or Peter) and the whole company is a reflection of this person. Save your money, time and frustration and go somewhere else, I can't because the original contractor was stupid enough to pay them upfront and now we are stuck with this company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

They were prompt. Came out to inspect the window and provide an estimate the day I called. Estimate seemed a bit steep, but not crazy. Said they could do it the next day and I said I'd be home at 4:30. I get voicemail the next day at 11AM saying they are on their way. When I call to clarify I don't get a call back. We play phone tag the following day and two guys come to replace the window. Second floor, I inspect from the inside, and it looks fine. The next morning I discover that the tempered glass had broken in a thousand pieces, fallen to the ground outside, and scattered everywhere, and the guys left it all, along with scrap weather stripping. It fell right where the ladder was, so they had to have seen it. Very sloppy and unprofessional. A call to complain got merely a "we'll make sure that doesn't happen again." Meanwhile, I'm picking up glass fragments out of the pine straw for an hour.
