This is our 1st baby and the staff made it the best experience for us. Very helpful, not pushy and always there to answer questions. The delivery process was great as well. The furniture actually came in earlier than expected but that a "good" surprise. We will continue to shop here for our baby/ toddler/ teenager needs.

I purchased most of my furniture and accessories for my son's nursery from A Room of their Own. I found the store by doing a search of Young America dealers. The day I happened to go to the store they were having one of their trimester sales. I was shocked at the sale prices and immediately ordered my furniture. I shopped around and no other store could come close to their prices during the sale. They stored my furniture for several months while I prepared the room to become a nursery. When I received the furniture I discovered a defect in the side rail of the crib. I brought it back to the store and they immediately ordered a replacement piece and put a rush order on it since my due date was nearing. They offered to deliver the new piece to my house so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. I posted pictures of my nursery on Facebook and received several compliments on it; stating it looks like it should be in a magazine. Thanks to a Room of their Own my husband and I are very happy with the final result! One more thing, I found my OiOi diaper bag on clearance there for 40% of the lowest online price. Their sales are fabulous! Be sure to ask to be put on their email list.

Each time we have been inside the store we have been greeted warmly, our questions answered and the products we needed for our kids found quickly and easily. If you're looking for a place to find high quality items for your babies, this is absolutely the place.

I had a heck of a time deciding on a stroller for my son. I went her twice and tried him out once. They were fantastic and very patient with me. On the second visit I bought a stroller. Nothing was mentioned about no returns. I assembled it and put my son in it (indoors) and he screamed. Always. He doesn't like it. I called and was told there were no returns but surely I could sell it. I'm frustrated because I know I could have bought this online for the same price and no tax, free shipping and free RETURNS. I bought here, paying more when you consider tax because they'd been so patient with me. Now I am stuck losing money on this thing. If this is the policy it needs to be MADE CLEAR. It was never mentioned to me and now I'm out money.

Great customer service and great selection. We were in there for 3 hours with our 3 year old son. Sales associates Megan and Mark actually entertained him while we were making our selections! Not only were those two fun, but both were extremely knowledgeable about the products. The products we did choose were of so much better quality than competitors. The drawers are actually dove-tailed rather than stapled together like other furniture out there. And when we asked if we could get our furniture quicker, the owner of the store, Scott, actually called me the next day (over the holidays, even) to let me know the status of the order. He was very kind, knowledgeable and honestly cared about our order. You can't find this kind of customer service and quality of product anymore! These guys are great and we'll see them again in 3 years when our newborn is ready for a big kids set of furniture. I highly recommend you try them out.

I went into the store to replace my 11 month old daughter's car seat (that was bought from the Baby's Room). I picked out a car seat and was getting ready to order/pay when the owner informed the sales associate that the car seat was rated for a 2 year old and up. I picked out another car seat and said I needed the seat in a certain timeframe. She told me that if it wasn't in in-time, they would just refund my money. I paid for the car seat in full and received a phone call that the seat would not be in for a month. I asked to have my money refunded and was told that I could only get my money back by check and it would take 7-10 days to refund (I was never informed of any of this). To make a long story short - - and after dealing with the owners rudeness..she said she would put the check in the mail. I went online and ordered the exact same car seat from babyviva.com for $50 less (to include tax and shipping). I will have my seat within 7 days from placing my order.

Because of our prior terrific experiences with them, my wife and I went to The Baby's Room last week to get a front-facing seat for our soon-to-be one year old daughter. Scott, the franchise owner remembered us almost a year after we first did business with him. Scott was very concerned with ensuring our child would be safe and spent almost an hour of his time training us on how to properly install the seat and buckle the baby in. He really, truly cares. He did not try to upsell us or sell us anything that was unnecessary. If you're looking for the kind of caring customer service that you can't get from corporate america, this is your store. They are also willing to order items they normally don't carry. The Baby's Room in Kenessaw will always be my first choice. Thanks Scott!

We purchased our crib and some accessories from the Kennesaw location. They were very helpful and had competitive prices. It wasn't the typical "stuffy" baby boutique. They have nice product in a casual atmosphere.

They have the best staff. They are friendly, knowledgable & eager to help. I went in to buy a very expensive stroller, but one of the ladies that works there helped me find a stroller that fit my needs much better and even cost less than the one I planned to purchase! They are awesome and they have a great selection. I tell every one who is pregnant or has kids to register there.
