This company takes no responsibility for its work or actions. They installed my system less than a year ago and the heat won't work downstairs and they want to charge me to come look at it!!! It is important to note that when they installed the system it was hot outside so no need for heat. Which means it is likely the heat never worked in the first place. To make matters worse they started out on the wrong note. They very poorly installed cages and A/C units on my house which resulted in one unit being stolen (the thief just lifted the cage right out of the ground because less than half a bag of concrete was used to put the cage in.) I had to buy a new unit at full price even though it was their fault they refused to sell me a new unit at cost.

I have used A-Team for the past 6 years and I feel I can trust what they say. We bought a new unit that was donated to a local elementary school for a fundraiser and it was installed quickly and efficiently, just as I had been a first class customer. Since then, we have used them for any service or maintenence and have had a great experience. I believe A-Team is a fantastic local business that supports the community and I will be happy to continue to give them my business.

I have used A Team twice for HVAC replacement and now have a service agreement with them. The only negative that I have encountered with them is that the killed my flowers when installing the outside unit. I wish they would have been more careful. They also cut through my wall when removing the existing unit but they fixed it before they left.

I cannot think of a single negative thing to say. The owner Rodney somehow is always available and I've worked with him on 2 different occasions. He quoted me the best price and explained the details of the work and options. I had a complete new system installed. His employees did a fine job with a good attitude. He even added an additional 5 year warranty. Honest, dependable, quality work and nice people.

Rodney came out on the hottest day of the year (of course our air conditioner was broken) within 2 hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it in a timely, inexpensive and professional manner. We highly recommend A-Team!

When our old system failed we took 6 quotes for a replacement. Rodney came the same day. He was efficient and professional and actually helped explain our different options way better than anyone else. He also confirmed right away their availability to do the work for us. He had a non-nonsence pricing approach - not the cheapest but the best system for the money. The technician installing the system, Bill, was also efficient and completed a very tidy job. We have had no problems or issues with the system and Jean in their office is also very helpful and friendly on the phone.

This company was referred to me by a relative who had her unit serviced. She told me they were honest and that they found the real problem after two other companies tried to overcharge them for something that wasn't even the issue. I found them to be just as honest when I called them in the summer about my AC. The tech came out and found the problem. I needed a new indoor coil. I got two other estimates and two additional companies never even bothered to call me back. A-Team was 50% less than the other companies, and they stand by their work -parts and labor are warranted. I paid exactly what was quoted - no hidden charges. The AC works great. The office staff is courteous, and they don't act as if you are bothering them by calling, like some other companies. You can trust them to do a good job, and they won't take advantage of you.

The owner, Rodney came out to do the estimate and was on-time, professional, knowledgable, clear and concise (another highly rated company was at my house for 3 hours and tried to up-sell me on new duct work!). A-Team's estimate was the lowest of three companies, but I would have went with them regardless based on my interactions with them. The women in customer service were great and made scheduling easy. I replaced two furnaces and two AC units - the install crew did a good job and were friendly and courteous. There was a small issue with one of my units I noticed after the install and A-Team sent someone out to make it right. They even fill out the AGL rebate forms so you can be sure to get some money back. These guys might not be as big as some of the other HVAC companies, but based on my experience they simply try harder and it shows. Highly recommended.

We called them last week. Herber came out to the house and found the problem with the heater. He said the unit was not in very good shape and told me to look into replacing the system. He went over our options for a replacement unit. We purchaced the unit and A-Team installed it the next day. the installers (i didn't get their names) were very clean an polite. Jean from customer service was also great in setting up the apointments. We now have the service agreement with them for both our home, and our rental properties.

I hired them to do a diagnostic on a furnace in my rental property. They condemned the furnace and wanted $3K to replace it. I got a second opinion. This HVAC expert said there was nothing at all wrong with the unit other than some age. His estimate to replace the unit was less than half of what this dishonest company tried to gouge my family for. Never trust this business. They are in it for the short term gain and not to establish trust with their customers.

Well, 2 saturdays spent waiting and they never come for the appt. I bought the plan so I guess this is how your treated when you buy the plan. They haven't even bothered to call to reschedule. And why should they... they want to do nothing and pocket the money... Don't use this company... 2 weeks later and they still have not called... I asked them to call and make the appt with me themselves when it was convenient for them to come and do the Fall service. No response or call yet! I will keep you updated.

I choose A-Team based on on-line reviews and they did not disappoint. They were very helpful on the phone and they scheduled me right away. I had questions about their pricing and I was able to talk to a technician about my question prior to scheduling a visit. The technician (John) was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He answered all my questions. I would definitely use A-Team in the future.

what a pleasure doing business with a top notch company. our air conditioner went out, in less then 1/2 hour (after hours) we had someone at our doorstep. He found the problem and it was rectified in a timely manner. i have nothing but great remarks for this company. simply outstanding !!!!!! i would and will strongly recomend this company for any future needs. thanks a-team for a job well done !!!!!!!!!

Sadly, I have to report that additional contact with them has been horrible. While the rep knows his stuff, if u can't reach them when they ask you to call back, I have to wonder. They are supposed to call 30 min b4 arrival. 1st time I got 10 min, the 2nd, while I told them I need 45 to an hour, I got 20min. I was supposed to be called back with an explanation of work to be done between 5 and 6. Why am I am calling at 645 to try & get the info? He had to check with the mgr for the pricing and was told it would be left on the machine this morning if I wasn't there. They left a msg to call them back for the info but they never answered their phone. I am not going to chase them to give them my money. I will give that to someone who wants it.
