BEWARE OF THESE LOW LIFE SCUM SUCKING CROOKS!They towed my car and damaged the suspension and dented the body and srcatched the fender. I filled out a claim form and submitted it, and after "an internal review" they determined they were not at fault!! They would not give me their insurance carrier's name nor would they provide me with details of their "investigation"!!!!! SCUM SUCKING CROOKS!! I have had to contact an attorney and am now going to sue these miserable bastard crooks to get my car repaired. I hope they all rot in hell because they are thieves., losers and whores! Stan up for your rights and sue these miserable bastards and put them out of business!!

I went to A tow on Wednesday to get a tire replaced. As the driver was lowering the car, the hook caught my tire and blew it. The driver was very apologetic and helpful with all the information I would need to get the tire replaced. He put the spare on for me and even helped steer the car in the repairman's bay for me ( I couldn't steer it not being running). When I went to see Sherita at A Tow a couple days later, she was very, very courteous, professional, and down right nice. I gotta tell you it was an unexpected, pleasant experience. Thanks A Tow, I will definately keep your card.

A Tow is the best mother !@#$ tow company on the face of the planet! They ate my family but I never liked my family anyway.

THEY ASKED MY DID I NEED HELP , I SAID NO I HAVE A TOE TRYCJ ON THE WAY. HE PARKED IFRONT OF MI. WAITED A FEW MINUTES , THEN CALLED THE POLICE SAYIN I WAS BLOCKIN TRAFFIC. HE MOVED MY CAR 3BLOCKS UP THREE STREET , BUT ON THE TICKET IS SAYS 3MILES. -MY TICKET CAME OUT TO 80$ WHEN I NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR THIS SERVICE!...

Avoid A Tow like the plague. They are a bunch of lying, cheating, swindling scumbags. They are crooks in every sense of the word. Our car was struck downtown in a hit and run incident. The APD called A Tow (shame on the City of Atlanta and the APD for working with those crooks). The driver was VERY nice, and explained the charges and how much it would cost to get our car to the collision garage of our choice. We asked multiple times and were given the same answer about the cost. After the car was delivered to the garage they payment charges was nearly double what it should have been. When I called for clarification I was met with a rude, ignorant, unconcerned customer service rep. I was given the runaround, made to hold and never got straight answers. I called back later to talk to a ?manager? who then explained all the additional charges (charges that were NOT mentioned by the driver)? a huge list of ?add on? BS. I told her the driver never mentioned that and we felt mislead and lied to. She told me she would have the director of the drivers call me ? which they never did. Again, avoid A Tow and if the APD say they are going to call them for you, tell them to move on to the next name on their list (if there is one) or call someone yourself. A Tow are crooks and liars and con artists.
