I have a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII. Six months after purchasing the car, it began stalling every time it rained. After taking the car to two Ford dealerships and spending several hundreds of dollars trying random fixes, the problem persisted. I took the car to John and Guy and they diagnosed and fixed the problem within two days at a very reasonable rate. Furthermore, A to Z is one of the most customer-oriented organizations I've had the pleasure of dealing with. John is a delight to work with, and his team knows what they're doing and demonstrates that through great service, delivered on time and on budget. Highly recommended!

Had my Taurus towed in to John and Guy, It wouldn't start after sitting in a parking lot. John diagnosed it as being a "tripped" inertia switch under the dash, he pushed a button to reset it and no charge!!! Anywhere else they would've gotten me for a fuel pump. Lucky me! Trust these guys.

They misdiagnosed a terminal internal engine problem, but not before wasting 3000 of my dollars on it. By the end of it, the owner actually tried to blame the clacking in my engine (subsequently diagnosed as a bad wrist pin) on my emissions test. I wish I were kidding. At $79 an hour for labor, they're expensive, yet worthless.
