A to Z Repair

Called A to Z to get my refrigerator repaired. Instead of rushing to set up a time to come diagnose it, Bryan asked me to find out what kind of compressor was in the refrigerator. Mine would not be fixed by the cheap/quick repair, so he told me how much a repair that would work would cost. Based on this, I decided to replace it instead of to repair it. Bryan knew that I would react that way and told me the truth anyway instead of scheduling the in-home visit and requisite charge. That kind of honesty is rare in the world, the way it is now, and for that I solute Bryan. Bryan, you ROCK!!!

Bryan was quite surprising when I called him. Instead of the typical 'set up an appointment to come out and look' routine, he walked me thru two troubleshooting steps that identified the problem with my fridge's water dispenser. I managed to fix the issue myself.

These folks focus on customer service because they know that superior service creates long-term customer relationships. Their number is on my refrigerator door since my first call to A to Z Repair.

Following a neighbor recommendation for appliance repair, I called Bryan to inquire how much he would charge me to come and light my gas water heater pilot light. "You can do that, let me walk you through it". Not only did he save me a service call where he could have charged, he offered to walk me through this easy job so I could do it myself. I'll be certain to call Bryan for my next REAL repair job that I can't do myself. Kudos for his integrity and honesty. Thank you!

We had Bryan out to fix our washing machine. He was upfront on the phone about cost and came as soon as the part was available. He fixed the washing machine. It works perfectly. Then a few days later, our freezer in our garage stopped working. I called Bryan. After explaining to him what was wrong on the phone, he told me the problem and gave me instructions on how to fix the problem. He offered to come out and do it (and charge $129 plus parts), but he told me it was an easy fix and he walked me through how to fix it and the freezer is now working great. He saved me money which is something that is very rare to find. I highly recommend you calling Bryan and letting him fix your appliances. We will definitely call again.

Thank you Bryan for taking the time to talk to me on the phone and for sharing your great expertise on home appliances. Twice, Bryan has saved me money by pointing out how I could perform repairs on my own appliances. Additionally, Bryan has made recommendations where to buy appliance parts, as well as new replacement appliances.
