Thanks to Marcel for fixing my washing machine. He showed up on time, fixed the problem, and gave me some great advice for future machines.
I was referred to this business by another company that were fully booked for two months. Thanks for the referral! A1 Appliance Rescue's service tech was very nice, arrived promptly, took care of... the issue quickly. He informed us with several possibilities regards what might went wrong of our fridge that was not running cold air. He gave us estimated time and cost he could fix the issue and helped us to order parts. Overall service with good quality. They have earn my trust and by knowing I would receive good quality work with reasonable cost. I'm glad they used "Square" credit card charging service on the iPhone. It make the payment process so easy. I will definitely use their service again!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

If you are looking for a very professional company A1 Appliance Rescue is the one to choose. They are worth every penny. I have a LG front load steam washer and the dispenser drawer got stuck. I called in City Boys R us and the tech had no idea what he was doing. He told me the only way to get the drawer open was to break drawer and buy a new one. I decided to get a second opinion and found A1 Appliance Rescue on LG's website. The service tech was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient, it took him about 2 minutes to get the drawer open and remove the defective cover. To think I almost wasted money buying a whole new dispenser system. Thanks to A1 Appliance Rescue my machine is fixed and I am a very satisfied customer.

Called A1 to fix my oven. They were quick to respond to my call and setup an appointment. That was the good part. My tech showed up an *hour past the end* of the appointment window. He arrived in his own car with no company markings and didn't even identify himself as working for A1. He came in, turned on the oven, asked us a few questions and within 5 minutes had "diagnosed" the issue. He didn't even get out a screwdriver or anything. Granted, the error codes we reported to A1 pointed to that issue. We even asked A1 to have the tech bring that part. But, he didn't have it with him and would have to come back another day. I tried to get him to do some sort of tests to earn the $45 fee I had to pay. No such luck. I am hoping this negative experience with A1 was a fluke. I'd consider trying them again since the reviews on Kudzu, AL and others are largely glowing. For now, I am completely unimpressed and out $45.

I am normally don't review, but i have to write about this company. I have top load washer a bout over 2 years. the and it could not drain and spin. i had called couple companies for repair, but they didn't know what was wrong with it, and it would cost me $300 to $ 400 to repair but still it was not warranty. Before consider buying a new one, I called A1. Dean came over, found out what need to be repaired, the cost was very reasonable . i was very very happy with customer service and exceptional quality of work that A1 had provided. Thanks Dean

Unfortunately there was a problem with the drain outside of the washing machine and only a certified plumber would have the knowledge and tools to properly resolve this issue. We specialize only in repairing the washing machine itself and our technicians are trained to diagnose and repair only appliances. We were able to locate the problem and advise to have a plumber come out and address the issue. A1 Appliance Rescue is not a plumbing company and we do hope that you were able to find a quick solution with a plumber. Thank you.
I explained the problem to the technician and he gave me the information to know that my washer had died and could not be repaired cost effectively. Thanks so much for saving the money of the service call and letting me know.

When my washer broke down, I looked up the whirlpool appliance repair authorized service website and was quoted a ridiculously high price with a wait of almost a week. This company charged half the price, showed up the next day wich was a Saturday and had the part that my machine needed on hand and had it fixed in less than an hour!! I couldn't be more pleased.

We have used A&E Appliance Repair several times and were generally happy with their work. When our LG gas dryer needed service recently I called A&E first. Their call taker said that they don't service residential LG dryers…odd. So, I looked up the LG website and was referred to A1 Appliance Rescue in Suwanee. The Kudzu and Yahoo reviews were generally good with only a handful of negative reviews, so I gave them a chance. The call taker was cheerful and helpful and arranged a service call the next day between 4 and 6pm. Dean, the technician called at about 3:30 saying that he was running a bit late and would call again when he was on his way. He did so and arrived at about 6:30pm. Dean was very nice, intelligent, clean and courteous. He found the problem in a few minutes after logically eliminating what the problem could not be, and said that he would order the part and would be back in two days to install it. He took my credit card info but did not charge the card on his first visit, which I liked. He arrived at the scheduled date and time and had the work finished in short order. The dryer is working properly, with no surprises and no hassles. I am very pleased with A1 Appliance Rescue and will be sure to call them first the next time I need appliance repair.

A1 Repaired my washing machine. The technician who came was very polite and clean. He gave me a quote, I approved it and he completed the repair. He also told me about a coupon on Google that I could use. Overall I had a great experience.

I called A1 on Dec. 28 with a broken washing machine. They came the next day (at 12:30 in a window between 11 & 1). He had brought the part he thought it needed and had it fixed and was gone within 20 minutes. It seems to be working well now. Not sure about the value because I didn't shop around, but I was happy to pay the $189 to get it fixed so quickly. Very professional and friendly -- would definitely call them again.

When my LG dryer stopped working, LG first sent out one of their repairmen and told me I needed an electrician. The electrician came out and got the dryer running and while it ran, I soon found it had no heat. When LG sent out A1 Appliance Rescue, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found what the previous two men missed and I now have a working dryer. No outrageous charges. Just great work!
