Thank you guys so much for taking care of my piano during the move. I have to admit I was a bit hesitant allowing anyone to handle my instruments. However, the move was seamless to the crew, they... were timely, professional and more so than anything moved and delivered my piano safely. Thank you for providing such exceptional service!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
The crew that moved our piano arrived on time and did a great job moving our 120 yrs old Steinway piano. Cost and service was more that adequate.

You showed up 3 hours late ask for 50% discount and did receive smiles instead if you call this lies you should learn to be on time for people to believe you.
We own and operate a warehouse which is located in the Lilburn industrial park, not in the back of a house!Show up a week later and you can be sure that some of our pianos have been sold this is not a bait and switch operation ///
I had my MasonHamlin A grand Piano moved up two flights of stairs . This piano wieghs 1200 lbs and has a value of $30k. Three men showed up and moved it up the stairs in ten minutes . They told me a tuner would come shortly and he did he tuned it and all went well. He had a little white dog with him that the children loved. I would highly recomend this company to move and tune your piano. They did this on a Sunday as well when I could be home .

Needed tuning and action work on antique upright. A440 put me in touch with its tuning guy. The man wore filthy clothes. My wife had to dog-sit for the small dog he brought with him. He did a good job tuning and fixing the action, but insisted that he put new tops on some of the keys that were missing tops. My wife said no repeatedly (we wanted to do new tops later when we could afford to), but he would not take no for an answer and demanded he put new tops on and my wife would love the result. When finished he admitted the job did not turn out the way he promised. He charged for tuning and action work only. The next day I inspected the key top work: he used a variety of plastic and ivory keys with varying thickness, colors, and some with jagged edges. I phoned Ron at A440. Ron said the man is someone A440 referred and not an employee. I insisted A440 take responsibility for the disastrous work. Ron said the company president is in Europe for a week and if I email a photo of the keyboard A440 might do something. I emailed photos: no reply. Use this unprofessional and irresponsible company at your own risk.

The piano technician you are referring to is no longer with us.
I was looking at an Item on ebay from A440. I paid a piano tuner to check it out for me. I even drove to Atlanta from Florida AND BACK in the same day to check it out myself. When I arrived, the sales guy wasn't even there even though I made an appointment with him. He had to send one of his techs to let us in. It wasn't a showroom, but a warehouse they share with several other companies. There were approximately 3 pianos ready to be played in the warehouse and the rest were in boxes and pieces all over the place. Since the "sales manager" Ron wasn't even there, I couldn't make an offer on the piano. When I called the next day to make an offer, Ron told me he had already sold the item to someone else (keep in mind this is less than 24 hours after I drove 700 miles to Atlanta and back). He then told me that he hadn't taken her money yet and if I could outbid her, he'd consider selling it to me still. BEWARE. This is a shady operation. Call any piano tuner in Atlanta and they will tell you they don't work with Pascal and Ron. This is a 2 man operation with plenty of bait and switch (every piano of the brand i was looking for on their website wasn't available for purchasing, yet they were still being advertised), lying (see above), and dishonesty. They do have plenty of positive feedback on Ebay, which is what made me drive up there in the first place, but you have been warned! Do not waste your time with these clowns

I hired Ron & Pasqual (I hope I spelled that right!) to move my commercial embroidery machine from a retail location to the basement of my townhouse. They arrived early, were very professional and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them!
