We had scheduled a refrigerator repair with these guys (second group we tried) and they were to come between 9-12 on Friday. When my wife called for ETA at 11 she was informed that it would be late in the day before they were coming. She rescheduled for Monday. The Tech showed up on time but did not speak good English and made my wife feel VERY uncomfortable. Very unprofessional appearance, he did not arrive in a company vehicle nor did he have any type of uniform or company shirt. He did complete the repair but then left trash on the counter after the repair. My wife attempted to contact a manager named Ken, left a VM to provide feedback but has never received a callback. Overall very disappointing service.

We have a very highly trained technician who speaks English very well but has a strong accent. He drives his personal work van that it fully stocked with parts to complete installs 1st visit. All of or technicians undergo a full credit and criminal background check. They are full cleared before they are employed with us. Our technician should have never left trash behind this is not like him to do this. We try and leave every job complete and better looking that when we came. We please many customers throughout the day and can't possibly make everyone happy, but we defiantly work very hard to try. Don
I had a maytag repair done by this company. A door latch repair, the service man handed me the receipt. On the receipt is a 30 day warranty for parts and labor installed by them. The latch broke within 3 weeks of them inserting the new door latch. I called to have it fixed, the day it was going to be fixed, they called me saying the Manager DENIED it being covered under WARANTTY by them because the latches break easy and it was MY FAULT! That is so NOT TRUE. I barely use the dishwasher but once a week! and Alex said it was made badly. So they were not going to stand by their yellow sheet. I am currently fighting for them to repair this. They charged me $95.oo for a five minute job. and it broke in 3 weeks, and will not cover their warranty that they give you in Writing.

The repairman came by for an initial visit and only spent 10 minutes to look at 3 appliances that needed repairs. He was supposed to call back with an estimate for the parts which he never did. When I spoke to the office to cancel the service, the repairman called back immediately saying he thought he had left a message. I decided to give him a second chance and told him to call back with the estimate. I never heard back from anyone in the company. I did wonder if the repairman was overloaded but overall very poor customer service.

The technician, Alex, was on time, honest, very professional and fairly priced. I have been through a couple other companies before and never received better service. He was honest and explained the problem to me, which really turned out to be a small problem with my refrigerator that did not cost much. I am always concerned about getting ripped off, especially since I would have no idea what the problem really was, but no worries here!!! I would definitely recommend this company. A++++++

I have been very scared of appliance repair companies and I hold them right up there with used car salesmen! But after reading the reviews on Kudzu, I called to have my leaky refrigerator fixed and, as promised, the repairman was there when he said he would be (called first). I was more than pleased with the repair - he showed me what was wrong and why. The price, I thought, was fair and I had the $10 coupon. I will definitely call them again and also recommend them to my friends.

Fast, friendly, professional, a little high, but considering what I've gone through with other appliance repairmen, probably worth the extra cost. New parts, did a good job and he loved my dogs - chastised me for putting them away. Gotta love that!!!

Our refrigerator broke down on Boxing Day Dec.26th. At first I called the number for the Department store appliance service stuck to the inside of the fridge. They would not be able to get to me until Saturday between 8am and 5pm (could they be any more general?!!) Then I thought I'd take a gamble on the net and tapped into this website as I had heard on the radio. I am so glad I did! Alex came by the next day. (I was given a time frame between 9-12noon)He was here at 8:50! He did his job quickly and professionally. I also like the fact that the cost of labour is per job NOT per hour! I would definately call this company again in future and I certainly recommend them to all!

I called a few repair services on a Sunday evening, none were open. Even though A Bargain Appliance was not open, their answering service was able to book a repair call for first thing on Monday morning. As promised, they were here within the time specified and repaired my refrigerator in less than 30 minutes. They charged me the same amount my brother in Florida who is a refrigerator repairman said they should. The $10 coupon was a terrific bonus!

I had a refrigerator problem. I called AAA and within 2 hours, a technician arrived. He was very thorough and very professional. His detail kept him at my home approximately 2 hours. The pricing was fair - in fact the owner told me where to get a $10.00 coupon online. Unfortunatley, after a few hours I noticed my unit was not cooling. I called the owner and he said he would send out the technician again (this was a Saturday). Alex, the technician was baffled. He literally took eveything apart and found the culprate. Some parts had frozen up and a bad thrmostat was discovered. It appears to be running just fine now. Would you believe, he did not charge me a cent more??? What an honorable man and company. NOTE: Do not mistake this company for others with similar names. Amen to integrity.
