As a top cardiologist in the Atlanta metro area I was very rate sensative when doing my home loan refinance. I found Mr. Bradley to be very helpful and honest with me during the whole process. Unlike some of the other people I spoke with that seemed to want to just lock my loan off the bat, Mr. Bradley made sure that our house would appraise before locking our loan, so that we did not waste money on an appraisal. This was a very good experience all the way around. I would highly recommend Jim and AAA American Residential to anyone looking to get a mortgage loan. Thanks Jim.

The customer service with this company and Mr. Bradley in particular was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for me. The objective of my review is to make others aware of my experience in dealing with Mr. Bradley @ AAA American Mortgage One of the companies that we called was AAA American Mortgage. Mr. Bradley noted in my first conversation with him that he was "not jumping around all excited to get my business because with the loan being so small the fee for a much larger loan would be greater for the same amount of work." We did have a couple of additional conversations but he was never really forthcoming with information (in fact he was seemed "slippery" in my opinion). Mr. Bradley finally verbally gave me a general ballpark of what they might be given the size of my loan. After Mr. Bradley reluctantly provided a verbal estimate of closing costs to me I asked for a written quote or "Good Faith Estimate" of charges in a separate email correspondence, (I asked for them in writing so that I can understand everything.) He was upset that I had asked for information in writing. He said that he was not going to give me anything in writing and that I should take my business elsewhere. I told him that I thought that this was a good idea and we ended the conversation (and process).

Response to the review.
Thanks to kudzu for the alert.
As president and owner of AAA American Residential we welcome all reviews good or bad.
Without a name or entity to whom the review is made we will try to respond.
First of all we pride ourselves in offering the best price and service in the business no matter
how big or small your loan is.
We also know how frustrating it can be for customers who are seeking a mortgage with all the
new laws and regulations, especially when property values have fallen so much.
If you call our office and we have several conversations with you we will ask probing questions
to find out more about you. We expect you to answer those questions before we can help you.
If you are just shopping we totally understand but will not let you tell us how to run our business.
Our job is to make sure all Federal and State laws are followed. We have to conduct our business to
those standards. We have to have a clear picture of your financial situation before we can
give out any kind of good faith estimate.
If a customer does not work with us to provide that information then we cannot and will not go
forward. This is not being slippery, it is how business is done.
If we are not sure of your agenda, motives, or intent, then we might offer you another alternative.
As a company who has been in the mortgage business for 20 years our record speaks for
All the best to who made the review. PS. If you are the competition - shame on you.
If you want great service and a great price on a mortgage done in a professional way
