My refrigerator was freezing...1st visit was right on time, but tech (John) was in and out in 5 minutes...said damper would not close from freezer to fridge...tried to reset by unplugging and asked me to call back tomorrow if not working. It was not working...2nd visit, came next day and replaced damper...said it should fix the problem...it did not...again, spent only about 5 minutes in the house. I called later as fridge was still freezing. Said he'd come by later and put the mother board in...it regulates the damper and everything else...came later in the day and installed the board...again, only spent about 5 minutes. Seems to me, these folks are "parts-changers"...keep throwing parts at it until it works...if the tech had done some initial diagnosis and checking, this may have saved all the trips to the house and could have been repaired on the first visit. Pricing was fair...they charged me $25 for the initial visit, and deducted that from the cost of the repair on the 2nd visit. Then charged me only the difference from what I'd already paid for the board on the 3rd visit. Overall, average grade...could have been better...could have been worse...I believe I'll shop around for someone else next time!

We've had this service out at our home to repair our washer and dryer at least 3 times in the past 4 years. They are always timely, courteous and professional. I find their prices reasonable and well worth the service. I could not recommend them more highly. The last repair literally took the repair guy less than 5 minutes to diagnose and less than 20 minutes to repair. I have their contact information stuck to our washer so we have their number handy if we ever need to call them - and they come through every time!
