Watch out for the travel people
The rest of the services in this AAA location are great. They are very attentive. I was ripped off by a travel person name Jose Martinez. He told me that the travel insurance was necessary and that I didn't have the option of not getting it. He didn't give me all the paperwork and he didn't make sure I got traveling miles for my many plane tickets I purchased. He was rude when I called later asking for the information that I didn't get. Lately, the car insurance section has been doing some unscrupulous things in all AAA locations. They claim that the accidents cost more then they actually did and raise your rates, then don't return phone calls when you have the accurate information proving that they have false information. If that happens to you contact the Better Business Buearu and the Insurance Board.
