AAA Haul Masters

A friend and I recently had a *terrible* experience with this company. They were to deliver a dumpster at 10 AM on a Saturday.

It didn't show up at 10 AM, and they told us it would be there by Noon. It didn't show up at Noon, and they told us they would contact the driver and call us back. They never called us back and ignored our calls for the rest of the afternoon.

The driver finally called us at 3:30. He knew nothing about our scheduled 10 AM delivery, and wasn't sure they even had the size of dumpster we had ordered available.

It took until 5:30 for the driver to confirm that the size of dumpster wasn't even available.

We canceled the order (by telling the driver and leaving a message on the answering machine of the main office). It took a week for them to refund the money, and there has never been a single return call to explain, apologize or communicate at all.

We called Haul Masters based on their reviews. What a pleasant surprise. A company that actually showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Price was also very reasonable. Good job guys.

We had company coming in to town this weekend for the holidays (Thanksgiving) and had to clean out basement and garage. We had no clue where to begin. Haul Masters was referred to us and they came out and did ALL the work. All my husband had to do was show them what we wanted gone and Chris worked out a Great price and his crew loaded everything and I mean "everything" up and hauled it off. My husband was so exited that he did not have to do that all by himself. Thanks Haul Masters and Chris.

I called based on reviews online and was somewhat troubled that I couldn't really get a "free" quote. That is misleading advertising. I was going to be out of town the day of the debris pickup from a rental property so I gave them my partners # and intrustions for him to be called when they arrived to settle on an amount for the job. I made the mistake of giving my CC# to charge once price was agreed on. The driver never called my partner and completed the job sufficiently and charged my card $350. I only found out the amount by looking at my statement. No negotiation opportunity was given and the amount is higher than I would have paid. Called the owner, Chris, today who was very gracious and is contacting the driver and will get back to me.

We are new to the Atlanta area and have never had to use anyone other than our waste company pick us misc. household junk. We found out about Haul Masters from a neighbor. We are so glad that we did. We stacked everything up by our mailbox expecting our waste company to haul it away. We were suprised when a neighbor came over and hassled us about our trash. Haul Masters came out within hours and hauled away our mess. Price was fair and service couldn't have been better.
