Horrible customer service. Do not patronize this shop. I took my Jeep in for a transmission service. Someone broke the back windshield while it sat in the parking lot waiting to be picked up. I paid over the phone and picked it up after hours. I took pictures of the damage and immediately notified them of the problem. Since I needed the Jeep that weekend, I had the window repaired at a cost of $325. Long story short, after multiple emails and phone conversations, they refused to reimburse me the cost of the replacement. The Chess's do not believe in good customer service. Find another transmission shop. Be warned, they own several AAMCOs in Lilburn, Snellville, and Doraville.

If you get your car serviced here you are making a big mistake and wasting your money. They have no idea what they are doing and all they want is your money, as much as they can get. They will tell you one thing and then tell you something else. CLUELESS. There are other options for you, even if you have to go to a dealer. It may cost more, but it will be worth it. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

Do you have extra money you just want to throw away? And don't want your car fixed right? If you do, then this is the place for you! The service techs don't know what they are doing. keep coming up with problems, which cost you more....but aren't really the true problem and your car is worse off than when you originally brought it in. They keep your car for an eternity, and still won't be running right after you get it back. There are a lot of other much more qualified places than this one to bring your car to....and my advice is take it somewhere else. You will be happy that you did!

As I write this, my car has been at Aamco for several weeks. They have $2,700 of my hard earned dollars and my car. Supposedly, they rebuilt the transmission (only took them 2 weeks). Then, when I got the car back, it was barely driveable and wouldn't go more than 45 mph. Took it to a certified Nissan mechanic who checked it out, fixed one item on the engine and let us know what was wrong with the transmission. Took the car back to Aamco and we are now going on three weeks with no success. They have promised the car will be done multiple times and never make a deadline, nor do they call. Everytime I talk to them, it's a different story, so much so, that they can't even remember what they've told me and when. Bottom line, never, ever, ever take your car here.
