Great service OVERALL!, 11/07/2011

We're thrilled to find an honest auto shop where the owners as well as the mechanics value customer service, their reputation, and integrity over making an extra buck off their customers. We... brought in a high-mileage car for routine maintenance, and Stacy and his wife at the Aamco of Rancho Cucamonga were very honest about which services needed to be taken care of versus ones that could be put off for a bit -- a completely different experience than with the likes of Firestone, who always seem to "find" extra things that need servicing. And their services are very fairly priced. We recently experienced major engine problems and eventually decided to let the car RIP rather than fix it. Stacy and his wife were kind enough to not charge us for the slew of diagnostics they ran. THEN........... I told my Brother-in-law about the Aamco here in Rancho and he stopped by knowing that his check engine light was on. He knew the codes, had gotten prices from other shops and Stacy beat them buy about $150. This shop has been under new local ownership since Stacy and his wife Julie purchased it back in March of 2010. I will never take my cars anywhere else! HOPE MY REVIEW HELPS ALL YOU CAR OWNERS!

Stacey and his wife treated me like gold, not only did they fix my truck without breaking the bank my truck runs fantastic.I am now a... lifelong customer and will trust my truck and my daughters car to noone else. How nice it is to have somewhere to take my vehicles when necessary and be able to trust the people working on them...........Good oldd fashioned customer service and honesty.rare find these days..

Excellent!

Oh my Goodness! I was driving my daughter to Ft. Hood from Northern California. We started having problems with the transmission. we needed to find a other transportation. We found this AAMCO close to the airport. Unpacked the car into a taxi and threw the key into the store. that is when we realzed my daughter's Military ID was in the car! Stacy & his wife came down and rescued the id for us! This was Sunday Jan. 2! They stopped their own plans on the holiday weekend and made sure we had what we needed. Then, drove us to the airport and offered to pick me up from the airport when I come back to pick up the car. Such professionalism, such kind people, Great experience! Stacy fixed what was becoming a catastrophe! And this was for an out of towner, not someone who is likely to be a regular customer. I can't recommend this place enough!\r
