I'm in Buford and I have to tell you that I have many people come through my home and NEVER.. have I had any of these guys whip their boots or be concerned with my home as Tim did. And just like a doctor; he explained everything he was doing and WHY I had the problem in the first place! Others have not done that, which gives them the opportunity to do the repair again .... more money. So I am so happy with this company, I know who I will be calling for ANYTHING they can repair going forward. Thanks for a great experience!!! jv

I called Aamp Appliance Repair Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 pm July 3rd because my refrigerator was not cooling. I thought because of the holidays I would not be able to get immediate service, however they were able to put me on the schedule Friday morning July 5th and replaced the control board in my refrigerator right then and there. When the technician arrived at my home he was very courteous to me. He wore booties so he would not track mud in my house. He took care not to scratch my floor as he pulled out my refrigerator. I felt the price to fix my refrigerator was very fair. I will definetly call Aamp Appliance Repair again.

My refrigerator stopped cooling. I first called another company that I had done business with in the past. They said they'd be out the next morning. Morning came and went and they were a no-show. Then I called Aamp. Their tech came out the same day in the afternoon. The tech was professional and informed me of the problem and what needed to be done. The office called me with a quote while the tech was in my home and the tech fixed my refrigerator on that same visit and I was able to save all of the food in my refrigerator/freezer. Thank you Aamp - you are my new appliance repair company.

The tech showed up on time to look at my washing machine. The price was in line with what I expected. The tech was professional and informative. My washing machine is working great. I will definitely use this company the next time I need an appliance repaired.

From the time of diagnosis to my dryer being fixed communication was very poor. Took a bit longer than promised. Diagnosis seemed to be accurate as my dryer is working and technician was very nice.

As a business owner I call customers that are unhappy with our service. I do this to find better ways of doing business in the future. These calls are usually taken very positively since the customer knows that we are trying to help them. We promised this customer that we would have the parts to repair her dryer in 5 to 7 business days. On day 7 we were at her home to repair her dryer which is now working. We successfully completed this job within the promised time frame. I am very sorry this customer was dissatified with our performance. We continually strieve to improve our service and customer communications.
It was so wonderful to encounter a repair person that showed up on time and was truly honest and respectful. There was definitely the opportunity to overcharge me for unnecessary repairs, but they never even came close to trying. Thank you!

After reading the other reviews I was concerned about the quality of service I was going to get. But AAMP eased my fears right away. They gave me an appointment the next day, and they were able to repair my refrigerator on the first visit. The tech explained what was wrong and what was needed. He was neat and professional. The next time something breaks in my house I will be calling AAMP!

This is place is not only unprofessional but unethical. Plain and simply put Ken one of the owners is either completely out of touch with his business or an out right liar. Our washing machine was not working but aamp said it was fine they came back a week later and said it was the motor two months later we still don't have out motor. They then told us it was in and cancelled our service saying it wasn't. I tracked the ups number and they signed for it 6days earlier. Ken says ups is lying go figure. RUN AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL SHOP OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

This place broke my freezer tray while fixing the motor. The guy tried to rig it with tape and didnt tell me. When it broke again the same day I called the company and he admitted to breaking it. It then took them over a month to come back out after standing us up on three appointments. The biggest joke is the owner. She said she doesnt understand why I am so mad about her missing three appouintments. She knows people with cancer, so my problems arent so bad! WTF?

I was to get a part of my refridgerator replaced. They dropped the ball on my order and did not even contact me!! I had to call multiple times without any action taken until I was clearly upset. I was promised my refund and still do not have it; I called another company who ordered the same part and installed it in my home within 48hrs!!!

You can see that this company has had complaints if you look them up on the BBB. I was sold a "warranty" but the company "forgot" to submit it- so I paid the $ for the warranty but they never submitted it to their warranty company. That is fraud. I needed services that the warranty would have provided but couldn't get them. Go somewhere else!!!

I have had opportunity to speak to their front desk person on three occasions and have met her once. She is the most non-caring individual I have spoken with in a long time and was very standoffish on my dropoff visit. I had to ask all the questions...she offered no information on how the process worked, unless asked. Unfortunately, she is the only person I have been able to get to, since I took my appliance to get it fixed. I would like to get past her to advise someone of her attitude/demeanor which seems to be impossible. It's great that this company gets all these good reviews and they are probably deserving with their actual technicians but the front line person is just sooooooo important! Hopefully, they will find their weak link and take action to improve the first point of contact. They deserve better.

Aamp is a customer service oriented business. Well over 75% of our business comes from repeat customers. When something does go wrong we always try to make things right to the customer's satisfaction. Unfortunately, some customers cannot be satisfied. This customer called us complaining that the oven fan was running constantly and would not turn off by switch. When our technician went to the customer's home, he diagnosed the stove as needing both a blower motor and control board. While diagnosing the problem the stovetop did shatter. The stovetop shattered while the technician was sliding it out. The stovetop did not drop and was not hit with anything by the technician. It must be noted that the stovetop was more than 11 years old. And, additionally, the stovetop, which was at least ¼" thick, and could not have broken the way it did unless it was previously damaged or had hairline fractures from misuse or old age. The customer is right that our quote was more than $400.00, but that was because our quote included everything the customer needed to fix the problem; both a blower motor and a control board. Whether the customer authorized the repair or not, we tried to do the right thing with regard to the broken cook top. The customer demanded that Aamp give them the full retail price of a new cooktop (which likely exceeded the price of a new oven). We were not willing to pay for a new cooktop when the cooktop that was broken was more than 11 years old. In order to determine a fair and reasonable offer to the customer we took into consideration the age of the cooktop, the expected lifespan for the cooktop (10-14 years), and the fact that the cooktop had to have been damaged before our technician ever touched it. We made a monetary offer which the customer rejected. Rather than making a counter-offer, the customer decided to file this and other online complaints.
