AB roofing contracting

Put shingles down w/o black paper (on bare wood) in at least one area before I caught them. More than half of the gutter screens were "lost" and most of the rest damaged, 8 window screens torn and/or bent by falling debris, 2 large shrubs very damaged, torn grill cover, black scuffs on siding, DEBRIS and NAILS LEFT EVERYWHERE; in the gutters, in the beds, yard and drive, >200 on my deck alone! Hundreds of nails; the ones in the gutters were left to run onto the driveway and yard when it rains. I'm still picking up nails months later, none so far with my tires. Can't use my leaf vac around house anymore (a nail sucked up in it would destroy it and risk personal injury).

They came back and cleaned up most of nails in the yard and beds more than a month later. One bed still bad, I dealt with.

Gutters were never taken care of and window screens were not replaced and never returned the one they took for sizing. They refuse to make good.

Major hassle. Roof looks OK, not great. Price may sound good, but if you have another option, go for it.

AB responded quickly and punctually when an RFQ was made. His quotation was reasonable. The scope of work changed following his estimate and another construction procedure was chosen. Although AB was not employed, had the original scope of work remained unchanged, AB would have been awarded the contract.
