I took my car there a year ago after someone rammed into my bumper at a high speed. It was paid through insurance, done on time, cost was very close to the estimate, they did a fine job. This spring, a lady bumped into my fender and wanted to give me cash instead of going through insurance, so I took it there again. A) They never called me to tell me the total, or when it would be done; I had to call them. Of course, they blamed the receptionist B) the total was at least a third more than the quote C)it took four days for something that should've taken far fewer. I don't know if there's been staff turnover or they took advantage of a cash payment, but this experience was a 180 compared to last spring.
