I had a horrible experience with the Abra located in Buckhead (my local one) but a wonderful experience with the Abra in Lawrenceville. I pulled up, unannounced, and received courteous service in a timely manner. I couldn't have expected better. I highly recommend this location.

My car was a few days overdue, but I'd rather a job well done than rushing to meet deadlines. When I pick up the car, I was given every opportunity to get things right. Everything was fine and I was satisfied. Much better than the other body shop I had been to.

Quality of work = good
But, they changed the date of completion for the work 3 times! And, they did not bother to call me to let me know (or apologize). I would call them the day the car was supposed to be ready and they would THEN inform me it would be another day, or two.
Their demeanor about the whole thing made it even worse.
I hope this only happens at this one Abra location. I have heard good things about other Abra shops.
