AC Solutions Heating & Cooling Repair

We selected this company based on their telephone listing and a gut feeling. Their service was excellent. Had no heat due to rusted old furnace in our aunt's home. They were scheduled to install new furnace on 12/8/10 but came out on 12/4 (Saturday) due to upcoming freezing temperatures. We are very pleased with the customer service we received from this company. Thank you, thank you so much!!!!

After getting the run around by another company and after charging me $300.00, my problem was still not fix. They told me the system was low on coolant, filled it up and it leaked out over night. I call AC Solutions and they were at my place in 30 minutes. As it turned out, the first company did not have a clue as to what the problem was. AC Solutions got it fixed and cooling with no problem.

Denise very helpful in office. Leonard communicated at every point of the installation. The only minor glitch was handled very professionally (on a Sunday!) Would recommend highly and will do business again in the future.

I had a great experience and was very pleasantly surprised with their professionalism, curtesy and price. I have already recommended them to a good friend of mine and who ever else needs there heating and or A/C unit fixed or replaced.

Added on 7/17/2008 - I called with intention of replacing my 3 ton HVAC/Heat unit with a 4 ton because our house has too many windows and does not keep cool enough. I wanted to ask the opinion of one of their technician and I was told that none are available at which point I said, no problem I'll call somebody else who's not as busy!Lauren called me rude an hang up on me!!!! I was left speechless. I would not hire these people for any type of service!
- Added on 9/12/2008 Don't play coy with me Mr. Leonard. I do have the right company. I found you here on Kudzu and I called the number listed under your business. It was your wife whom answered (I also heard kids in the background!). A simple apology would have done it! but I see you are one of those people who learns the hard way. I just hope this review will help your wife, daughter, or whoever will answer the phone next time to learn the real value of a good customers skills!...
