Never Issued Refund and Never Finished Install
I contacted this company in December of 08 and it is now April of 09. They came out and the representative was nice but he couldn't get my alarm working and said it needed a part and that he would be back next week with it and he gave me the paperwork which I filled out and paid for a year's worth of monitoring and the setup fee. He never came back out and never called and I called the manager, Mike multiple times and was told that he would have the installer call me or was given the installer's phone number. Long story short after this went on for two months, I asked for a refund and was told I would be issued a check two months ago and have called and sent a letter asking for a refund but have never received it. I feel like they gave me the complete runaround and taught me not to pay for something no matter how nice the contractor appears untill the job is finished.

This situation was resolved and I am certain that Ms. Krystyna is completely satisfied! I am hoping that Ms. Krystyna will be updating her posting soon. This has never happened before and once I found out, I personally (the Owner) got involved to get this resolved.
