I see reviews are various. And I guess i was lucky. I didn't move far as some of you guys, but they moved me well. No damage, if there were cracks or something missing, I still didn't notice a thing. So I just shared a word, my rating will sort that out.

We engaged AC White for our move because of 3 things - Kudzu rating, price and our experience with them from the outset. Pretty much everything went well except that the loading crew did $6,000 worth of damage to the house we were moving out of a week before closing and their insurance company offered only $1,600 to settle. We would have given 5 stars except that the damage almost doubled the cost of the move.

Military move from GA to AZ so we had no choice in movers. Got our stuff and there were alot of damaged things, broken, misplaced, etc. Most things were mislabled. Piled heavy things on top of light and ruined stuff like wicker baskets, shoes, ceramic bowls. Packed EVERYTHINGCrisco, big mess!Still cant find hardware to reassemble things like bed, tables. If u get stuck with these guys in MACON watch them closely!!! A bunch of lazy slackers!...

Moving my household from Marietta to Seattle, my dealings with ACWhite prior to the move were fine. But when I was told the day before the pickup that my shipment would be shuttled to the warehouse and moved later, that broke my condition for the sale and the salesman's promise.

My fears were realized when the shipment arrived at the destination short. An item was lost at the warehouse in Alpharetta. Oops!

I found that inventories taken at the pickup, the warehouse and delivery all don't match. All I'm told by ACWhite and United is file a claim. How can I file a claim when there are discrepancies in three separate inventories? I've requested on several occasions that an agent come to the destination and conduct an inventory of the shipment. "No. Just file a claim." that is what I am told.

Also, I paid 110% of the estimate and the actual weight was more than 10% less and I get $134.00? I've asked for and never received an accounting of the charges.

Great with the sale, worthless on follow through. Beware.

I have moved many times, but this time I had the best experience. No problems at all. Excellent. They were on time and not late at all. The price was right. I would highly recommend them and would use them in the future.
