ADVANCED CHIMNEY SWEEPS

This company is devoted to providing high quality service and materials. From Jennifer in the front office to Dan who installed a state of the art damper on top of our chimney they are very professional. The damper & cap were much better than ones I had viewed on line. Dan was of course right on time & completed the installation in less than an hour. He then proceeded to fine tune my 20 something year old gas logs so the fuel/air mixture would be more efficient and I might add at no additional cost. Tried to give them 6 stars but the format won't take it.

I chose this company based on the other reviews on this website. The vent in the chimney in a rental property was stuck open. They were able to rectify the problem quickly and for a small fee. They accepted payment over the phone and e-mailed a receipt to me as I live out of the area. Although I hope not to have to use them again, they will be my first call when a chimney needs repair. Great customer service.

I am so thankful for the thorough reviews that others have left regarding this business, and I have to say I agree 100% with the many positive comments. Jennifer was courteous and cheerful, and scheduling was a breeze. Dan arrived exactly on time and listened to my concerns, then went to work with his inspection. I explained that another company had come out one year ago and told us that our 45 year old fireplace needed to have major repairs, to the tune of $2,400. We had just purchase the house and had other things to spend our money on, so we declined. Additionally, I did not feel that this other company's assessment was thorough and felt like a second opinion was needed. Dan discussed his findings with me in great detail and disagreed with the other company's assessment in a respectful way, which I appreciated. He did determined that we need to have the crown fixed (the general inspector had documented this in his report, so we were aware of this), and reviewed that process with me. He also suggested a new cap and explained his reasoning. We have not yet scheduled these two things, but plan to do so within his suggested timeline. He gave me great suggestions about building the perfect fire to boot! Thank you, ACS, for your excellent customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Chimney Sweeps. The tech came out and was professional on all levels, the rates were very reasonable and there was no attempt to up-sell anything. He did a great job and should the need for their services arise in the future I won't hesitate to call them.

WOW! and AWESOME are the first words that springs to mind when I think about Advanced Chimney and the service technician, BILL BYRD! He was amazingly prompt, quick to address my concerns and needs and did an excellent job. Scheduled for a chimney cleaning, Bill inspected the fireplace and found it didn't need it. Then he helped get 2 other gas fireplaces working. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me a few pointers on how to maintain the systems to keep them working optimally.

I would recommend Advanced Chimney Sweeps to anyone and they will be the first people I call in the future.
