I thought Cleo Bailey of Allstar was an honest guy, and my main and porch re-roofing projects were a good price. So wrong!! 5 subcontractors tried to cut corners and foreman Santiago was gone 4.5 hrs the first day, hunting an Atlanta dump site (I live in Smyrna), while his workers lazed or did fast, shoddy work. No pre-planning was evident as Bailey and/or Santiago made many trips to Home Depot for more supplies just to re-roof my simple, ranch-style home with a low-slant roof, and redo a porch roof. 'Communication' meant verbal and written promises to me, then a 180 shift with zero follow-through. During the 2nd day of roofing, I hired a separate pro, (Erik Sims of 3-G's), to correct mistakes 'Allstar' was originally contracted to do; fix several spots where the drip edge was not over the gutter, attach all new gutter screws, and wire the attic fan. Sims also found spongy decking where shingles were about to go down, and last by not least, he overheard Santiago's four, unsupervised Spanish crew demean my character, and called them on it. Mr. Sims, thanks for finding the poor workmanship and defending my reputation before Allstar's 'work' was done, so both roofs and gutters look decent. Hire 'Allstar' if you are interested in losing sleep wondering what else they might have done wrong! PS: This company probably has several aliases due to poor reviews and pending small claims actions mentioned by others. The altered name fooled me into hiring them before finding bad feedback!

They show you references that are no good and the work is horrible if you dont have a professional watching the work being done on your home you are in for a surprise; After they finished my roof I have had nothing but leaks..........

The company had on my invoice post reroofing that they would guarantee roof leaks for three years. Then, when I had a leak two years out, they claim that was only guaranteed for one year. I still have the paperwork which they will not honor. Reputation says a lot and I would not recommend this company. I suggest keep shopping and choose another company for your roofing needs.

I hired this company to replace my shingle roof. To sum it up.. after the roof was replaced it started leaking causing $2000 in damage. The company would not return my calls, and I had to hire another company to fix the new roof. Allstar also claims they are a member of the "BBB" and I found that to be untrue. Allstar caused more harm than good and I do not recommend them.

250 words is no where near enough space to tell you how bad this company is. I had no idea what I was doing when looking for a roofing contractor but I wish I had. We trusted the information that was on the contract - company was a member of the better business bureau and the Chamber of Commerce, neither of which was true. The job was to restore our original metal roof. The restoration was supposed to be a 4 step process in which the roof was to be scraped with loose shingles tightened down, power washed, sealed, and painted with an electromeric paint. About four days after we paid (by check, even though on the contract he said he took credit cards (which he didn't)) we realized that the newly applied paint was chipping and flaking off. We dug through the dumpster which was still at our house and saw that he applied enamel paint. When we questioned him about this, we were also informed that the roof was not scraped, tiles not tightened, and the roof was not powerwashed. All that was done for $6K was to paint the roof with the wrong paint. It took about 6 months to finally get ½ our money back. After doing some further research on this company, there are several active small claims court suits against this company which is also known as Peachtree Vinyl and Siding.
