Poor, Poor Follow-up
No Amigos here!
Noel and Jesus do a good job on installation, and are very friendly and professional. They then send many emails asking you to provide a good review for them on the linked service magic website .
Their follow-up is then very poor.
They don't return phone calls. When you do reach them and schedule an appointment they don't show up and don't call.
We are very disappointed with Amigos,
and feel conned by them. These guys are playing a good game.
They get rave reviews on Service Magic for a good first impression, then they just don't follow through.

Worst customer service
We had a terrible experience with Amigo's Landscaping. Our yard does look nice now but we had the following problems: work took three times longer than expected (they would often go out to other jobs instead of working on ours), would not return calls when we had questions or issues, drainage problems, and our waterfall pump stopped working. They gave us a warranty for the waterfall and are refusing to honor it as they have not returned numerous calls or emails so good luck trying to get anything fixed after you pay them.
